These hook it pads and paper system work great. Be aware that there are 5 hole and 6 hole mounting options for attaching these to the sanders they are intended for. Know which one you need before spending your money. I goofed on it.......

Correct 3m pad for 8 hog use. Foam falls apart after a while though.
