> 24 hourThe pads worked great, they were just like the originals that came in the polishing kit. Nothing to dislike about them.

> 24 hourPricey but WORTH IT. Its amazing what these little discs will accomplish. Slow speed on DA pro buffer with LOTS of water just restored a 1997 Ford Escort LX wagon to full lustre on the paint. Repaired the fogged, nasty, yucky headlights too. Unbelievable results! Again, a bit pricey but considering the cost of a new paint job on an 18 year old vehicle, theyre worth their weight in gold. CAUTION: Using these on the plastic headlights and the cars older paint job needs a little finesse. One surface is different than the other but the results turned out stellar. Will definitely be purchasing more as I have now started and restoration of headlights business out of my garage. Extra spending money never hurts and you can do a LOT of headlights with just one disc, which means they virtually pay for themselves.

> 24 hourI needed to remove some curb rash from my allow wheels. These worked great. I tried using them on the clearcoat part of the car to take some scratches off and they produced some paint haze.

> 24 hourI use these to take the haze off older headlights. Great refills for the 3M headlight kit, as this is the first item to wear out.

> 24 hourThese produce a super smooth finish sand surface, but Im not sure what thats worth. I use these in areas where I cannot use a wool pad for compounding because of risk of burn through. So I sand with these discs, and can compound with a medium cut foam pad. Other than that, I have yet to see a need for them. The steps it takes to get to this grit are just as many as if youd stop at 1500 grit and compound with a wool pad. Youre not really saving any time, and your finish doesnt look any better. That is, if youre doing it correctly with quality products.
