> 24 hourI was contracted to do a door entry system install for one of my customers who had already purchased this system along with electronic strike locks. This entry system comes with everything needed except the wire and locks. We decided the Server Room needed a keypad in addition to the card reader so we purchased one as well. Super easy to install and hook up with the provided video links but easy enough to figure out mostly on your own without the videos. There are a few features that are considered Extended Functions which most people would not need included with the basic software. I will definitely purchase this system for any of my customers going forward.

I then sent an email to the support team and they answered me right away! No kidding, within minute or 2. I inquired about how to move the database over or upload the backup. It was as easy as 1, 2, 3...The instructions given by Xiang Yun was easy to follow and when I followed those instructions, the system was operational on the new pc. These guys are great! I thought it was all talk but nope, I experienced their great support and easy install of their product. 5 stars all the way!
