I jumped too quick. It took about 30 minutes after I sent an email. They responded and I was able to download the software and manuals. I even got a call from the company making sure I was able to download everything. I think they were just having temporary issue with their website. All is resolved and my system is up and running. So far so good. Seems to be well built, has many features and works great Website to download manuals and software is not working??

Great value for the money. It was easy to install. There was a little confusion on how to connect RFID readers and how to make initial configuration in the software, but it was resolved quickly by tech support in China over the Skype call and chat. The software that was downloaded from the link provided by tech support expired after about 60 days. Tech support provided necessary registration into. Just be little patient with them and they will resolve all your issues.

Our HOA purchased this system; I am the secretary. It was installed by our local IT genius (Shawn) and he is amazing. He showed us how to work the system and I got the job of entering all of the needed names, addresses, etc. into the program. What fun (not!!). When I couldnt figure out some stuff, I got in touch with 回复(Wood) and he was the BEST - he even made videos of him doing what I wanted and sent them via email!! Amazing support (as he said, I will support you forever, so sweet). I cannot say enough about 回复 (Wood) and think he deserves a huge raise and commendations from his company. Thank you 回复 (Wood). Really good system, great value. Had mine working in just a few minutes. Contacted support to see about other features and received immediate and helpful suggestions. Great documentation and demo videos.If you write to support they have other supporting products as well that you can add to the kit.
