4 Film Favorites: Dirty Harry Collection (4FF)

Great movies... classics never get old... for people having problems with the movie stoping in the middle get you some Alchohol and a cotton swab and clean the disc and it should work fine

If San Francisco brought Dirty Harry out of retirement they would not have all the crime problems that the do now. He would clean that city up.

I just received my DVDs the other day and wanted to add a few comments to the list here. First, my set included 4 single-sided DVD discs rather than 2 double-sided ones. I am not sure if that is the new way to package this set but it was a pleasant surprise for me based on the product details posted on Amazon. However, the 4 discs were stacked one on the other on a single spindle which isnt ideal. I plan to separate them somehow to keep them from scratching each other. Second, all discs do include extra featurettes of some kind in addition to the main film. This only adds to the value of these movies. Considering I paid less than ten dollars, this set is a great value!

Purchased used from Goodwill, whose prices can’t be beat. Usually better than good quality. Item ordered shows single photo of Dirty Harry. Item received shows 4 pix of Eastwood, one for each movie, on case. Interestingly, back of case, bottom, indicates 2 discs, but there are actually 4, stacked, one for each movie. Great entertainment. You can’t go wrong with this early Eastwood collection. A solid 10.

Used it to mop floors

I am continually amazed when my children bring home friends from college and I discover these young men have never watched True Grit, Sons of Katie Edler, Eldorado, let alone Pale Rider, High Plains Drifter, and other classics. The latest guest at our house had never heard of Dirty Harry or any of the infamous lines from his movies. I encourage all of you to buy a couple copies of this DVD set to pass on to these young adults that have clearly missed out. My latest guest felt quite special to receive this gift when his visit concluded.

All Clint Eastwood movies are bad as Hell love them all.
