Greater than one weekSome of the ports on my older hub were beginning to give me trouble with connectivity on my mouse and keyboard dongles. I picked up this hub and plugged it into a spare working port on my older hub, then plugged in my two dongles, and theyve been working perfectly. No more cutting in and out on connectivity. This hub would also be great to connect to a laptop, and would be easy to travel with. Also like the different cord lengths available, from 6 to 3.3. Great product for the price.

> 3 dayDoes the job. Very lightweight so suitable for keeping in your travel bag with your laptop or compatible tablet. My PC recognized it instantly on connection and the power light works. Cord is the length stated and is sturdy although just a bit stiff. Not so much as to be a nuisance but with such a lightweight device it can be awkward as the cord weights more than the plug unit at the end. Device is not going to be suitable for charging more than one device at a time as the power is only from your PC/Laptop etc, there is no external power. Do not use with power hungry devices, stick to thumb drives, cameras and such. This is not a heavy duty hub but is more than useful for the intended purposes.

> 3 dayFrom reading the comments others have left, there seems to be some confusion about whether this can power USB devices or if its only for data transfer. Some USB hubs have a separate power supply that plugs into an AC wall outlet so it can be used to power the hub and be used for fast recharging. This USB hub does not have an outboard power supply and relies only on the power from the USB outlet that it is plugged into. But that does not mean it cant be used to power other USB devices. It can. But not as strongly or quickly as hubs with separate power supplies. It does fast data transfer well. The build quality is just OK, not excellent as it is very light, almost entirely made of thin plastic and does not have a solid feel to it. But for the price, its a decent buy and gets the job done.

> 3 dayIt works great. Gives me 4 ports of usb 3 from a single port. Its very light and feels a little flimsy but how often are you really tossing around your usb hub. Its fine for the intended usage.

> 3 daySo considering that this is made in China, I would not trust it for any sensitive information pass through, but for my intended purposes it is a great buy. I plan on using this in my RV as a splitter for the built in DC system to allow for multiple devices charging from the workstation where there is only a single USB port currently. Testing here at home went well and everything charged as expected across the ports.

> 3 dayPros: has 4 ports. Works immediately, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 all works fine Cons: the housing has corners not rounded. It wont hurt but perhaps better if rounded smoothly.. For the value I think it is quite useful. Immediately I have added 3 more ports (as It still takes up one of my existing port). It works well without any installation. Just plug and play. I like it and would recommend.

> 3 dayVacation rentals rarely have USB chargers in-house, so I brought this to charge up our devices. One of the slots didnt work but the others were fine. It kept us charged up for the week.

> 3 dayThis does exactly what I needed it for....needing more USB ports for my Mac Mini. This is great and has a short cord, which is perfect. No external power needed and that makes it better for me so that I dont have more cords. Recommend this for someone who is needing it for their computer.
