40 Spools Polyester Embroidery Machine Thread

I ordered 2 boxes of this thread and I am glad that I did. They have less thread then most of the others available at Amazon. Being new at this I am learning that next time to get the spools with more thread on them. I also took it for granted that they came with a rack. MY fault. I am now looking for racks to keep my thread on. I havent had a chance to use the thread because my new machine is at the fix it shop. I will be back later to let you know how it handles.

Theyre kinda shiny and really pretty.

Its not bad for the price. PROs -Lots of great colors to choose from -Doesnt take up much space (youll need a flat surface of about 16x20 -Visible storage - all the colors are out for you to view and select the right one -Comes with a stand CONs -Stand is a bit flimsy - make sure you dont accidentally nudge it. Works best when propped up against a wall or other hard flat object. -Thread quality not great. Ive gone through about 9 spools now in past 5 or 6 months. 7 of them have been fine, but for the last 2 Im on the threads have been splitting while sewing. Ive never had this happen before. Very annoying to have to stop cut the weak and splitting thread, and then reload and re-thread machine. You get what you pay for. Overall I am happy with purchase, however, for my next multi-spool purchase Im going to pay a little bit more for better quality. Again, this is a great assortment and great price. Stand is flimsy and perhaps I just had back luck with a couple of spools. If you have time and patience to deal with a break here or there, not a bad buy.

I was initially pleased with my purchase but as there is no colour chart it is very difficult to match up the colours.

Most work well but several spools break easily. I like having the variety of colors. Purchased the stand to put the spools on separate.

What I have had time to use was great...Didnt break easily and was very clear good colors...Would re-order...
