Very effective for keeping the light-switch in the on/off position

Easy to install and has solved a lot of arguments ;)

We have installed new fixtures and a dimmable switch on a 3 way switch set up. One day it mysteriously stopped working....We couldnt figure it out. Until we looked at the other traditional switch, it was apparently switched off and this caused the power to no longer be going to the dimmer switch. We used this switch lock to help prevent this from happening since it is a switch in the middle of a bank of 4 switches next to the front door. My husband took the lock plate into his shed and with a little dremmel/grinder/whatever he used work and made it so screws are set to countersink as was mentioned in a previous review. Worked like a charm and while you can see it if you are looking it isnt very noticeable at all.

My daycare children (more so my two grands) are constantly climbing into a chair and flipping the ceiling fan off and on. This keeps the switch in the on position (or off if you prefer). Perfect!

These work but they are unattractive. They do not lay flat against the outlet cover and buckle out, looking very awkward. Im using them but would look for something else if I did not already have these.

Not a perfect fit but does the job

This product does what it is supposed to do. We put up cameras on our flood lights that were connected to switches. To not interrupt the camera feed we needed to leave the switches in the on position. I am notorious for making sure all of the switches are off. It was not easy trying to remember not to flip the switch. So, I bought this product. It has successfully thwarted my many attempts to flip the switch to off. They are easy to install and would also be easy to remove. My only complaint would be that the film covering it was hard to remove. Other than that, it is holding up and does its job. I also did not need as many as were included and gave some away. They seemed excited about this product and I hope that they are liking it as much as I am.

This is exactly what I needed! Now my parrot cant turn the light off and scare himself anymore. Hes not happy about it but I am.

I noticed on someone else’s review that they stated it looked bad as the product didn’t sit flush with the wall plate. I decided to remove the plate and put the switch lock underneath then replace the switch plate over top. As you can see , you can not even tell it it’s there and the switch can not be turned off or on! Grandchild proof!!!

Perfect! I had a pink piece of tape blocking me from turning off a power switch in my living room and it looked so tacky. This toggle switch lock looks so much better and blocks it completely from being turned off.
