TSA lock, large volume, showing little wear after several airline trips, a little expensive but worth it.

Didn’t make my mom visit me anymore or less.

Ive only had this piece of luggage for 2 months so I really cant speak on the duribility or sturdiness. I used this luggage as a carry-on the plane for vacation this year. I love the size, color, the style, the mobility, and the ability to lock it. The value was comparable to other suitcases that I viewed.

Had this luggage for a few years, handle broke when trying to collapse the telescope. Contacted SwissGear requesting a simple replacement part, received a two page dissertation on all the steps one would have to take for resolution. No response to request just to send a new handle. Frustrating. Accidentally went to Victronix thinking it was SwissGear, they responded instantly and followed up a with a survey on their service. I know who I will go to for a replacement.

No USB charging port as advertised. Bought brand new but came in with the gold scraped off, and scratches. Over all love the stability, color. No time to return for a new one since my trip is this coming Monday evening already, they couldnt guarantee over night shipping.

The suitcase was easy to maneuver while traveling in airports.

Worked out well, reasonably priced, first trip was brilliant.

Took it on our first trip to Scotland. Stylish and organized all our belongings.

Bought a large hard-side Swiss Gear bag from our local luggage store. On its first trip, the wheel was ripped from the case by the baggage handlers. There is only one screw holding it in place. I attempted to get support from Swiss Gear using their on-line warranty report. Eight days later, still no response beyond the initial case number that was automatically assigned. I will never buy a bag from this company again.
