> 24 hourI love this product. Landmine exercises were a big part of my workout pre-covid. When I was able to get a hold of a squat rack, I unfortunately neglected to get one that had a dedicated landmine attachment hole. Thankfully, this thing sits perfectly under my squat rack support bar.

> 24 hourI just used both parts to workout back. These are high quality gym equipment; the same you find in any commercial gym. The barbell base moves different degrees and can be easily set up underneath any heavy square base, or you can attach it to the floor by drilling two holes. You can do barbell rows for your back, landmines for shoulder and chest and legs. Highly recommended!

> 24 hourThe V-Bar is top notch quality. The landmine is pretty decent quality. What I like most about the landmine is that you can pretty much connect it to anything with some weight to it. I attached it to the bottom rail of my universal machine and it works perfect. Has standard 1 and olympic 2 bar options. Cant beat the price either

> 24 hourHighly satisfied with the product. The V handle is heavy duty, better quality than the ones at my local 24 hr fitness. The welds are good quality, the steel is heavy weight, and the plastic is commercial quality with high quality knurling. There is a very small (and I mean extremely small) amount of chipping on the bottom of the bar (the chrome coating). However, I am still highly satisfied with the quality of the handle. I would expect the handle alone to retail for $30 its that heavy duty. The landmine attachment is likewise heavy duty. Bigger and better than I expected. All parts on the landmine seem built to last. Paint job is great, fits my rack no problem. I cant believe I got both of these for $38. Note that I was quite surprised by how heavy the box was. However, Im not complaining as both pieces weigh a good amount and are built to last. Ive attached pictures to show how big the items are with respect to my hand (smaller hands).
