> 24 hourThis was my third Acer Chromebook. And like the 2 before it, the microphone failed. Im not talking about poor audio or anything like that. More like - zero microphone. You can get around this with a headset, but thats not always ideal when your kid is in online classes all day. Or if you want to be able to hear whats going on w/ their virtual schooling. If you think about it, having an internal working mic is kind of essential.

> 24 hourWorks nice but cant download certain programs or apps which can be frustrating also last time I get any type of laptop without light up keyboard. Very lightweight and pretty long battery life plus recharges quickly. Happy with it

> 24 hourIts a wonderful laptop. Everything in the description matches. The battery life actually is 12hrs. The only thing Im waiting on is seeing how long it last. My last laptop lasted me for 6yrs before it committed suicide. Old house plug outlets n new technology dont mix. I have no complaints about this one. Google can keep getting my money.

> 24 hourI was really excited about this product. It is for my childs virtual school. They start school in the morning and by lunch it is dead... less than 4 hours later.. One of the things I looked at when deciding was battery life and this said up to 12 hours... I cant even get 4... disappointed.

> 24 hourI needed an affordable laptop for emails, documents, online billings and watching Prime videos and such. So, i priced some Chromebooks out online, and found this metal blue one with matching carrying case and dual usb ports. The cost was under $250, and the set up was a snap. I am used to microsoft pcs, so i had to watch tutorials. But, i am far from a computer whizz and it really is a snap to get this cb up and cookin. Battery life is fantastic... I can go over 3 hrs without a charge, unless i am hitting a lot of videos or aps. But still very ample. Fully Charges in less than 10 min.
