Can’t get Facebook, messenger or kindle. The apps that do work are phone apps. It’s useless

It works as a chromebook is expected to. However it has a high pitched sound when plugged in and sometimes it seems to not want to turn on. Our maybe it is but doesnt show anything like a splash screen quickly enough.

Id had this Chromebook for under a month when it decided to just stop charging. The battery will drain, it will hold if plugged in, but it wont charge above its current level, so Ive had it constantly plugged in and holding at a perpetual 9%. Ive tried both ports, different chargers, different outlets, battery diagnostics, and I cant get it to work correctly. Luckily its still within the return/replacement policy, so Im going to give a second one a try, and Ill update my review if this charging thing turns out to be a weird fluke, but as of right now I cant recommend it, even though the performance is fine.

My 21 year son loves this, especially the touch screen! Its big enough to watch movies, but portable. I highly recommend this!

I don’t like that it tries to force you into apps, but otherwise it is very good particularly for the price.

Horrible product. If you want an app like espn or espn fantasy it is the size of your phone screen. Product sucks

Great sound, as well as battery life. Happy so far. Really good value.

I never considered a Chromebook laptop, before I needed a budget laptop. But, it exceeded my expectations. Yes it is like having an Android as a laptop, which have everything you need with a big screen and a keyboard. So yes it is really good for work, children, or even recreational. And this Acer hardware is great.

Nicer than the one Im replacing by a long shot although all the improvements are really incremental. They add up to a much nicer experience and Im pleased with it.
