Fast delivery! Installed the new screen per video instructions found on the internet. The most difficult part was the first step of removing the screen cover - I had to use quite a bit of pressure to unsnap it and I was concerned it would break. But, it was fine. The rest is fairly easy. The screws are small and I dropped one - it helped having a cleared work area where I could easily find it. Wonderful to have it working again and not need to shop around for a new chromebook! New screen looks great and its the same matte finish.

This screen was a great value and also easy to replace. All I did was search for a video on Youtube showing someone replacing their screen and I was then able to follow along. It took at most 10 minutes and made me feel like I knew something about computers. Plus the price for just the screen is a great deal less than buying a new Chromebook.

My son got his Chromebook stuck in the couch and when he freed it, the screen was damaged with large spots in several places. This is a perfect replacement screen for the Acer C720 Chromebook and was packaged properly. It is very easy to replace and it is a cheap alternative to replacing the entire Chromebook. It took about 15 minutes to replace due to the very stubborn bezel that didnt want to release easily. The screen had no blemishes and looks exactly like the original screen (without the damage). My son is once again a happy camper with his beloved Chromebook.

I was so bummed when my old screen cracked. Luckily the replacement is a snap: 1. Use a butter knife of spudger to take the bezel off the broken screen. The hinges are a little tricky, so wiggle the monitor back and forth as you pull up. 2. Unscrew the 6 screws holding in the old screen and lay the screen face down on the keyboard. 3. Look for the piece of extra sticky tape holding down the connector. Peel the tape up and pull the connector out. 4. Take the old monitor out and set the new one face down in its place. 5. Reconnect the connector (it wont make a sound, but you will hear it click) 6. Screw in the screws and snap the bezel back in place. And that is it! Quality wise, I feel like this screen is brighter with deeper color than the stock monitor. For $35 this is a great buy.

100% Perfect. Fits, works, no surprises. Took about five minutes to swap the screen. There is a YouTube video that shows the exact process and it is simple. Would not hesitate to buy again, hopefully I wont need to. Im typing this review on the brand new screen btw.

Perfect replacement for Acer C 720. 5-10 min job to replace the screen. Step 1 remove the plastic bezel (I used a guitar pick). Step 2 remove 4 screws attaching screen to case. Step 3 pull back tape and disconnect the cable. Reassembly is easy due to the exact fit.
