Quality replacement. Got my wifes Chromebook back on the road with a minimum of hassle. Do your research if you havent replaced the screen on this particular model before. In particular, the keyboard cover switch (under the keyboard, against the back of the case toward the right, about 5 mm square) can become dislodged and cause the unit to only work with the power/charger cable plugged in.

One of my 3 kids broke the screen on my chromebook. After looking into getting it replaced I saw a video on diy so I ordered this screen. It was very easy and fast to replace, I saved so much money doing it myself.

This is a fantastic LCD replacement for a fantastic chromebook, the C720. It is easy to replace, gently pry open the bezel and pop out the old screen. Then pop in the new screen and you are good to go! It is definitely a lot cheaper than replacing the whole chromebook!

Youtube have a video for how to replace it. Very easy to follow. Get it replaced within 15 minutes. Mine is Acer Chromebook C720-2420. Perfect match. Like it. My problem is the old screen is very very dim, almost completely dark screen. I used HDMI to link my chrombook C720 to one of my computer monitor, and it works, so I know that my C720 works, just the screen back light problem. I purchased this, and it perfectly match. Fix it! :)

The screem is firm very well built and the colors look beautiful love it I recommend it to anybody.

After watching a video posted to YouTube with instructions on how to replace the screen for the ACER C720, I ordered the new screen, and after it arrived, it took less than 15 minutes to successfully replace the screen, and the Chromebook is just like new.

Only four stars because two of the clips were bent and another was cut in half. However I was able to install.
