Greater than one weekI do not consider myself a monitor expert by any means but thus far (after 4 weeks of ownership) this monitor is outstanding. Coming from an LG ultrawide that I have had for many years it was easy to see the difference in performance (the old monitor was 60hz). The curved screen was a change for me as well but that is also pretty great. I have the monitor on an arm so Im not using the base. Views are great up close or at a distance.

> 3 dayI bought this monitor to replace the Samsung Odyssey G5 that literally cracked in half when I picked it up. While this Acer has lower resolution, its overall build quality is significantly superior to the Samsung. The stand is taller and made of metal (vs short and plastic) and the RGB backlighting is a nice bonus. Picture quality is great for gaming and productivity. The high refresh rate is great. Mine doesnt have any dead pixels. Oh and it was about half the price of the Samsung. I highly recommend it.

> 3 dayThis monitor has always been so-so at best. For the price I guess its not too bad, but I wish I had spent a bit more and got something better. Now, 8 months after getting this, it dies. Ive been using and building PCs since the 90s, I dont ever remember a monitor dying on me since a CRT did in 1995. This piece of garbage also had what looked like a human hair stuck under the screen. I wish I had returned it to Amazon during my 30-day period, instead I have to go through ACER, who doesnt have any sort of fast replacement, instead you have to mail in the monitor (at your expense) where theyll spend 5-10 days under repair, so if you use this monitor for work or anything important, tough kitties.
