So on the first shutdown i selected the update and shutdown option. The next day on Startup i was stuck in the Nitro 5 bluescreen loop just google it. And i had to basically wipe the HD and start over. This is pretty embarrassing for Acer. The second major issue that sticks out to me is the mouse they give you in the bundle. The geometry of the mouse forces your thumbs INTO the thumb buttons and forces you to hit them all the time. They must be trying to give these things away to get rid of them. I havent tried playing any games yet since i basically wiped any download progress i made the previous day. Ill update in a few months to give some further insight to this Laptop.

Venia todo perfecto en un embalaje que era imposible que viniera algun desperfecto, el portátil cumple con las expectativas con sobresaliente, muy bueno, la unica pega es que hay una pequeña mancha en la pantalla casi indetectable que hace que en ese punto se vea mas clara, quizas ya la pantalla venía así por que no creo que fuera por el empaque, debe ser cosa del proceso de fabricación justo en la que me enviaron por el resto perfecto.

Went to plug it in & set it up on arrival & immediately it would not turn on. Battery light wouldn’t come on when it was plugged in so I called Acer tech support & now have to send the laptop in to get repaired. Took an hour to take out of the box, figure out it was busted, & repackage everything. Now I have to wait for a shipping label, drop it off and wait 7-10 business days for a new laptop to be fixed. Not great quality control.

Para los que veo que dicen que NO ENCIENDE su computadora, asegúrense de METER HASTA EL FONDO EL CONECTOR DEL CARGADOR, a mí me pasó, creía que había metido bien el conector pero no, debe hacer click, una vez que la conecten bien seguro enciende, para ser una laptop la tarjeta gráfica está más que bien, la tasa de refresco de la pantalla hace que jugar sea una muy buena experiencia, no es lenta, corre muy bien y a parte su ssd hace que todo cargue super rápido, excelente equipo!!!

This laptop initially worked well, but after a week the video began crashing. Even during the BIOS splash Id see video glitches and artifacts; something in the hardware was clearly broken. I returned this unit and did not order another. I guess Im lucky because it failed early, and failed in such a way that I didnt have to bother troubling shooting OS and driver issues.

Our son is not just a gamer, but a streamer (whose isnt these days?). He has a YouTube channel with videos totalling nearly one million views. The difference in quality producing his content was immediately noticeable vs the 2nd gen i7 ASUS gaming desktop he was previously using, and the specs on that were pretty pumped, too. It handles multitasking, and the display is beautiful to look at when gaming. So far, he has had no issues with frame rate while multitasking and gaming!

En realidad decepcionada con la compra. Compre esta computadora a mi sobrino para su escuela y también por los juegos. Esta computadora no tiene ni un mes de haber llegado al extranjero. Cuando mi sobrino comenzó a usarla resulta que la batería solo esta durando dos horas y media y en la descripción dice que dura alrededor de 8 horas.

Vino defectuosa y ahora no puedo pagar la devolución
