Greater than one weekI am really impressed with this laptop. With the i7-11800H processor and turbo it is fast. One thing that I read in other reviews is to push the power connector until you hear it snap in place. As I was exploring and learning about the machine, I wanted to look at the BIOS. The PDf manual said to push the F2 key when the logo was displayed. Wrong! press and hold the F2 key and then push the power button. Bonus feature - pressing the F2 key at the logo does a fast boot.

> 3 dayThe unit I received was not the same as advertised. Mine only has one M.2 SSD slot, and it came with two 8GB RAM sticks, not one 16GB stick. The only way to expand the memory is to replace one or both of the installed RAM with larger capacity RAM sticks. Same is true of the SSD hard drive, the only way to expand the size is to replace the existing drive with a larger one, or install a SATA SSD with the provided hardware. Problem with replacing it with a larger M.2 is, the license code for Windows 11 is encrypted on the drive, so unless youre tech-savvy, you will need to have it done by a professional.

> 3 dayThat labtop worked great. But Windows11 and the Microphone have become a nightmare. Honestly regret buying this because of windows 11. installing and uninstalling drivers to try and make something happen. Bluetooth and Standard Microphone port are shot.

> 3 dayPurchased the laptop in July and the only issue Ive had is finding out the hard way that this device will only allow for one additional screen but that was a learning experience for me personally. The only complaint Id have so far is the materials of the laptop are really bad for showing finger prints but otherwise have been very happy with it.

> 3 dayHonest review: Great gaming PC and workstation. This has played every game i installed and played on high settings from star wars battlefront to PUBG. No issue with online play or solo games. Fan is not as loud as some say, but you can notice it in a quiet room. Only comes on during heavy gaming. The double push/click power plug is a little annoying at first but you get used to it. No double click no charge. Great graphics with game play and did not have lag when playing online. Yes the PC will have to be charged out of the box, this is due to lithium battery regulations for fires on planes/shipping. Over all great purchase for the price.
