This laptop is an excellent PC for the cost. The performance is better than most desktop/laptops at similar price. There is no delay in loading videos or games and the visual quality is better than expected. I play Runescape 3, Lost Ark, Rust, Destiny 2, Apex Legends, etc in ultra with no problems at all. My only complaint is the storage and ram. I will be upgrading those soon. I would recommend this laptop to anyone looking for a budget gaming laptop.

Very fast for the money. Upgraded the NVME drive to 2TB and memory to 32GB 9TEAMGROUP T-Force Zeus DDR4 SODIMM 32GB 3200MHz (PC4-25600) 260 Pin CL22 Laptop Memory Module Ram - TTZD432G3200HC22-S0100. Works perfect! Battery life pretty decent at 4-5 hours medium use. Wifi is fast and Screen looks great for everyday surfing and movies.

We are using this Acer Nitro 5 laptop for streaming church services. We run the external camera into OBS, where we transcode 1080p to 720p, and live stream to YouTube or Facebook, while simultaneously feeding the OBS virtual camera to Zoom, and recording the service locally in Zoom on the laptop. There is no noticeable fan noise. The laptop doesnt even break a sweat!

Wont run any games except for minecraft. I talked to customer service and they walked me through checking to see if graphics card was working(it wasnt). Now computer says everything is running perfectly but still, no games will work. Save your money and dont buy this computer. Dont be cheap like me and put the extra money towards a computer that will work. ( btw i cannot get a refund unless i send it to texas and they cannot repair it there. I dont wanna potentially damage the computer even further through mail, so complete waste of money)
