> 3 dayI just purchased this 2 days ago, and it literally showed up today, I started it up, and low and behold the internal wifi killer 6 doesnt work. So now I have to send the laptop off to acer to be repaired even though I just received it today. Do not recommend this at all

> 3 dayDefective out of the box wouldn’t even turn on after waiting a week for it to arrive. Within a hour of it arriving I had return authorization, packaged it and sent it back to them via UPS. They then refunded me 90% of the purchase price! I have to eat 10% because your unit never worked to begin with??? They have a lot of return wording buyer beware….

> 3 dayLa máquina es exactamente lo que promete, y por el precio me da oportunidad de comprar más ram y tener un buen equipo por menos de 20k pesos mexicanos.

Greater than one weekBeen using it for a month, very good performance for the money. First time Norton updated it caused a no boot condition. A quick restore and I was back in businessband uninstalled Norton, been working fine since. Good specs for the money, battery life isnt spectacular at about 2.5 hours . Overall decent laptop value.

> 3 dayI bought this to replace my aging laptop that had keyboard issues. I havent had anything this slow since windows 3.11 and dialup. My internet connection is blazing fast on the old laptop but so so slow on this new gaming laptop. The programs such as internet explorer take an eternity to open. I have regretted many purchases throughout the years but this one tops the list. I have no idea why this machine takes so long for opening anything. You would think a gaming laptop would be blazing fast.

> 3 dayThe laptop would not charge when it arrived. This was not an issue with inserting the cable incorrectly as others have mentioned, but a battery issue. The laptop ran fine at first when connected to AC power, but would not actually charge the battery and would die when unplugged even after leaving to charge for hours before startup. The computer would think it was charging and the LED charging indicator would be lit, but it was not. I tried all of the typical software fixes like removing and re-installing the batter drivers, but it was a hardware issue. I was able to boot up from AC connection, but after trying to install the first round of software updates the laptop would not turn back on as it required 25% battery reserve to complete the update and turn back on, which obviously was not possible. Not acceptable for a brand new laptop.

> 3 dayEl equipo parece que va bien, el problema es que dejo de funcionar días después, es todo un show para hacer la devolución internacional, me hicieron pagar el envío de la devolución y aún no me hacen reembolso, es como jugar una ruleta rusa con estos productos.

> 3 dayI bought the Nitro with 17 screen and Intel core i7 processor not as much for gaming, but as a very up to date everyday computer. I do play some games and watch loads of videos, and the video quality is fantastic. Sound is far superior than my last HP Pavilion laptop. I like the lighted keyboard, but normally turn off the back lights since I am not thrilled with the red colored keys with white back lighting. I plug in a separate lighted LED keyboard (where I can choose the key color and brightness). and mouse. For owners who are upset with the keyboard lights turning off so fast, you can set them to stay on longer in the computer settings or NitroSense window control setting.

> 3 dayIve only had this for a day now, so I cant speak to longevity. All in all Im pleased with this laptop. Its lightweight but packs a punch still. Set up and updating was quick and easy. Its a great utilization of space, only a slim border around the screen and keyboard.
