20+ year IT person and cannot get wifi to stay connected. Tried update to driver, setting for adapter, sleep settings, etc. Pretty much useless and cannot return.

Please for anyone buying the laptop, make sure you have a secondary storage or another pc because the the laptop storage space is very little other than that the laptop has been good so far, great response speed, Keyboard feel not uncomfortable, great screen display, ran games like Dirt 4 and Football manager 2021 smoothly, ran Fifa 21 on lower settings which is not bad for a laptop below $1000 and no issues with hardware components, however, the fan is very loud when playing games, louder than a ps4 fan. Conclusion : Perfect for price

bought 1 month ago. never using camera before. But it is not working properly after using twice. And the keyboard seems like not really good.

I bought this to play Baldurs Gate III, since my old laptop was outdated. I didnt want to spend too much, but was looking for a good gaming laptop. This definitely fit the bill. It played the game with zero lag will all the video settings on high. The graphics and speed are amazing.

i was a little unsure about ordering a computer off of amazon, but it’s actually a really good computer. great for really anything. i do my homework and game on it and it’s perfect.

Trying to contact seller as the audio jack is not working. This completely defeats the usefulness of this computer when the audio isnt reliable and using earbuds or headset doesnt work. The laptop has been set up on a desk and not carried around (though it should be able to be moved around) and now the audio is finicky and the audio jack doesnt work at all. :( Its only been used for a few months!

We use this primarily for Steam games, and its been an excellent investment. It can run all of the games we want really smoothly, no lag, and the screen is beautiful. Its responsive and it looks nice. The battery life isnt great, and the battery pack gets hot if you have it plugged in while youre playing. Also the laptop itself runs hot while youre playing, so the fan gets loud. For the price, though, and the performance, those are minor things to me.

So far very happy with the Laptop not used to having a gaming laptop but loving it so far have not tested the battery life yet but would recommend
