I have had this computer for a few months and have enjoyed how quickly it starts up. It has been fast enough for my needs. I was disappointed that the coating on the keys is already rubbing off and bought a keyboard cover which I do like, but hate was necessary. I can also see the keys better with the cover which is pink, as the black keys were harder to see.

Needs to be plugged in pretty much constantly to game for any length of time. Otherwise its great. Met or exceeded all expectations. Really happy with the laptop.

Great overall laptop but when I bought it it seemed fine but now the graphics aren’t measuring up to what they should be, turns out the laptop I bought never came with the Nvidia Gefore graphics card that said the laptop had. When trying to figure out what it meant i’ve opened up Nvidia control panel only to get the response of “No Nvidia graphics card detected”. If i’m doing something wrong help would be much appreciated.

Not only was this delivered to my door without ringing the doorbell or needing a signature and just left for someone to steal it. This trash wouldnt even turn on... Absolutely garbage service from all around and I am appalled I have had service like this.

I got one laptop and the screen went black after one day. Talked with acer and Amazon support and had to return it. Waited 5 days vs. the original 2 for the initial laptop. New laptop just arrived and the keyboard is supposed to glow red.. the broken screen one did. This one doesnt glow and the keyboard is not responsive enough you really have to push down the keys it feels like a knockoff. For a laptop thats almost 1000 dollars you would think the screen or keyboard would work. Not happy at all. Will be getting a refund on the replacement now.

This computer is AWESOME!!! I was not sure to buy it on Amazon but I was wrong! It’s a awesome laptop it’s super fast and the graphics and downright beautiful.

Was looking for a gaming laptop that was not too expensive but that was good enough to play recent hd games. All and all it has preformed well for what I use it for.

I bought this laptop for gaming and it is really good, more than expected. It can run any game, I played fortnite, warzone and pubg. It is a very good laptop for gaming or any other heavy work. The laptop arrived on time and in perfect conditions. I am very happy with my purchase.
