12-06-2025I originally bought this monitor to replace the setup that I had originally. Ive had it for over a year and havent had many problems. The only thing that I DONT like about this monitor is that it is permanently stuck at 60hz refresh rate despite it being advertised as a 75hz monitor. Not a big deal really because I have other monitors that are actually 75hz and I personally cant tell the difference between 60 and 75. I never used the stand so I cant comment on its build quality; If a monitor has a VESA and youre not overly restricted on space you should always use it in my opinion. tl;dr Good build quality good picture Still running strong after a year of usage at 8+ hours a day NOT 75hz as advertised monitor menu has VERY little customization and half the option cant actually be selected Installing the VESA was a little more difficult than normal

> 3 dayIm a software architect and my needs for ergonomic equipment, great displays, and capable PCs (MacBookPro) are significant. I had an Asus IPS 1440p previously which was a great monitor. But I stopped into a Staples store and saw a curved monitor (1500R) and was hooked. I cant describe the transformation that you undergo in how you interact with the display. Yes, the experience is more immersive. I was looking at 1000R or 1500R and felt that 1500R, like this monitor, was a good balance for non-gaming situations. It took about 3-4 days to get used to. And interestingly it felt better to use for personal browsing before I grokked the benefits for technical work. Yes, a VA (vertically aligned) panel is just slightly not as vibrant or oomph factor as IPS. But you can adjust the monitor very nicely and get very close to IPS. This monitor is a great value and there is not much to be concerned about. Id say the only thing that may through you is the base legs. All curved monitors have legs that come out and forward to balance monitor so it does not fall forward. So this may bring some rearrangements for you on your desktop. You will need an area of 16 wide, 9 deep, and 4-6 height to bring the monitor up to a very usable eye level, assuming a standard desk height. I got mine at $159.99 in early June 2023 and it has reenergized my work and productivity. Recommended.

> 3 dayFirst one did have dead pixel, used it for a week while waiting on replacement no other issues sound worked fine. Amazon replaced it new one had no sound great picture great for gaming easy to see. MAKE SURE YOU BUY a 1.4 DP cable to use this properly I had HDCP issues with the one it came with not sure why. Sound from monitor not needed so probably going to let it slide for price point was worth trouble.

> 3 dayNo regrets. The monitor is awesome. Gaming is silly smooth and the curve looks pretty good. Its hard to notice but still nice. The design is basic but looks good. It comes with a display prot cable which was awesome for me. The only complaint is that I still am not sure about color accuracy. Ill have to look into settings more but I feel like it isnt perfect.

Greater than one weekas with all monitors. adjust your settings. make sure you run nividia control panel to apply settings correctly and your windows settings to get your 144. VA panel is on this model for anyone trying to avoid the TN panel. I use a 27 ips 60hz panel beside this one and apart from missing out on some color gambit range, i am pretty impressed with the quality for the price.

> 3 dayFor the price this is a solid monitor. I am just using it for my PS4 till I switch to desktop and it has been good so far. The only thing I have to say negative about it. Is that is does seem a little washed out on the color. But after messing with the settings a bit. I found something I liked with it. Otherwise, decent monitor for the price.

Greater than one weekThe monitor works great, Ive seen a lot of people that needed to adjust settings, but mine looked great right from the start. Unfortunately mine had dead pixels right out of the box. I called Amazon for a return and was offered a partial refund instead of contacting the seller, which I accepted. The only other con is the power button, its very hard to maneuver and turning the monitor off is a nightmare, but its a pretty minor problem for the price you pay.

> 3 dayChecked the part number and googled it before purchase. Should have had built in speakers. Got it and set it up, it doesn’t. Still serves my purpose, I game with headphones. But still feel ripped off. Picture and responsiveness are great for what this item is, very happy there. Had I received the item I was supposed to, an easy five star review
