> 24 hourGreat monitor for price. Has 4K for consoles and videos and 2k and 1080p with high refresh rates for pc gaming. Stand is a bit weak and I got a blue one which doesn’t match the desk I ordered but it’s whatever since I’m probably going to replace it with a better stand. Will update this review if anything changes after a month or two

> 24 hourI ordered two 27 WQHD for a dual monitor setup and love them. Great picture quality, brightness, and I havent noticed any motion blur or tearing while playing games. I also have not experienced the flickering other reviews have reported. There is, however, a major caveat and the reason why Im only giving three stars - quality control. One of the monitors arrived scratched. The packaging was in perfect condition so I assume this was a factory defect. I exchanged it for a new one and so far the replacement has worked as expected. The second monitor from my original order just developed a line of dead pixels after less than a month of use. I just submitted another replacement request so well see what I get this time. In short, this is a great monitor but youre rolling the dice as Acer QC seems to be lacking.

> 24 hourWasnt sure initially, but what a purchase it turned out to be. Definitely was a big step up for my gaming setup, without breaking my bank. This looked like the only budget WQHD monitor with 144Hz, sub 5ms response time, IPS display with Freesync. Search for yourself in PC PART PICKER. Works like a charm.

> 24 hourI was looking to upgrade to a 1440p monitor and I have no regrets for choosing this one. The IPS panel looks noticeably better than my previous VA panel and is truly amazing in quality. The OSD is easy to use and intuitive. I would get a VESA mount however since the stock stand is a bit wobbly according to other reviews. I use the Amazon basics VESA mount.

> 24 hourThis monitor is overall a fantastic gaming monitor for the price and the problems i have might only be specific to my monitor. Out of the box the picture is great but ghosting was pretty bad, i fixed this by turning overdrive to extreme. Normally this would cause the picture to be very distorted but on mine it didnt. In fact it fixed the ghosting ( There is still a bit but its an IPS panel so normal). Extreme overdrive does distort text when scrolling fast through a webpage but its not enough for me to even care normal scrolling speed it looks fine.

> 24 hourIf youre in the market for a 1440p 144hz monitor, please look elsewhere. I wouldnt even buy thing thing if it dips below $200, and heres why: - Probably the worst backlight bleed Ive seen on a monitor. Id cringe everytime a dark scene came on screen. Its more than just normal backlight bleed that youd expect from a cheaper IPS panel. If you dont care about BLB, this might be fine, but I seriously considered returning this monitor on day one just for the BLB alone. Boy should I have listened to my gut... - Horrible colors out of the box. Need to switch to 10bit color mode to get a decent image quality. Only problem is this limits you to 120hz, NOT the 144hz as advertised. - Even though this is advertised as G-Sync compatible, my GPU did not recognize it at all and I could never get it to function properly. - When using a DisplayPort connection, I got constant red lines flickering on the monitor and an odd static sound coming from the port. At first this wasnt very noticable and only happened ever hour or so, but over the course of a month it got worse and worse, to the point of being a constant. Eventually this issue spread to the HDMI ports as well, which ended up sounding like a bomb was going off inside the monitor whenever I connected an HDMI cord. - Acer customer service and their repair center are useless. Said it would be a ~2 month turnaround for repair. So what am I supposed to do in the meantime while I need a monitor for work? I ended up returning this to Amazon and taking at $50 hit on the restocking fee, just so I wouldnt have to deal with Acer customer service and their repair center anymore. If you value your time and sanity, stay away from this thing. Only reason I gave this 2 stars is because when it worked, it was better than my 10 year old 1080p Dell.
