> 3 daySo Ive had the monitor and the horribly wobbly stand it comes with for about 4 months now. Ive not had any performance issues from the monitor. The stand is wobbly and a bit annoying. I REALLY dont know why Acer couldnt have included a more sturdy and adjustable stand with this monitor like they did with the Predator. Not only is the stand not very stable, its not adjustable either. So Im taking a star off for this poor design oversight. In the event you decide to get a different stand beware as Ive had bad luck trying to get stands that will hold the weight.

> 3 dayThis monitor has stopped functioning recently, and now I am in the market for a new one. I bought this monitor in June 2019, and it is currently January 2023. That means it has lasted almost exactly 3.5 years. I was watching YouTube yesterday, and all of a sudden, a vertical stripe of my monitor became deepfried (appears to have very low color depth). Its in the center of the monitor, goes from top to bottom, and the region effected is approximately 400 pixels wide. I am disappointed because this is an expensive product, and I have older monitors that I still use regularly and still work fine. My second monitor is a BenQ XL2411 which has been working perfectly since I bought it in 2016. I have another Dell monitor that I no longer use because it is so old that it only has VGA and DVI inputs, but it also still functions perfectly. I got that one in 2012. Overall, the experience of using this monitor was great, but its definitely of lower quality than its competitors. It appears to be selling for $299 at the time of writing this, but personally, I probably wouldnt pay more than $150. I am baffled that its selling for that much when there are cheaper and better alternatives. In summary, this monitor was okay while it lasted, but it is on the lower end of the quality spectrum, and I am disappointed that it has failed after only 3.5 years. I cant rate this product more than 3 stars, and if I had to describe it in one word, I would say, mediocre.

> 3 dayGreat 1440p monitor for gaming. Vivid colors with a good amount of brightness behind it. However, I recently installed this monitor about a week ago and it already has a dead pixel. I dont know what caused it be it is a little anooying when I play games with a dark setting.

> 3 dayThe display on this is awesome. The audio is a little iffy and could be better for the price you are paying. Overall it’s a great monitor and I would highly recommend

> 3 dayIm not the BIGGEST person on seeing the difference in monitor hertz and color quality. But compared to my old 1080p 60 hz this is a major upgrade. Had it for around half a year now, no problems, no dead pixels, nothing, just great image quality. One personal thing I can say that made me buy this was its bezels, they are very thin and nice. Note: the image does not go all the way to the bezels though but it already shows that in the product images, but something to remember. Also way cheaper that everything else Ive seen when I bought it.

> 3 dayI would give 5 stars but my monitor came with 2 dead pixels. other than that it is perfect. Would have preferred display port instead of HDMI tho.

> 3 dayThis is a great monitor, I turned on Metro Exodus and my jaw dropped with how pretty everything was. If youre used to 1080 at 60hz youre really in for a treat. I have heard that the mount sucks but I never used it as I picked up a VESA mount that worked really well.
