This is a great monitor, I turned on Metro Exodus and my jaw dropped with how pretty everything was. If youre used to 1080 at 60hz youre really in for a treat. I have heard that the mount sucks but I never used it as I picked up a VESA mount that worked really well.

Worth the price absolutely

For the price it is not a bad deal, but the ips panel looks closer to a TN panel due to the washed out colors and low peak brightness. It is very smooth with that 165hz and feels great in games. I don’t think I could recommend this unless it was strictly for gaming and nothing else.

So Ive had the monitor and the horribly wobbly stand it comes with for about 4 months now. Ive not had any performance issues from the monitor. The stand is wobbly and a bit annoying. I REALLY dont know why Acer couldnt have included a more sturdy and adjustable stand with this monitor like they did with the Predator. Not only is the stand not very stable, its not adjustable either. So Im taking a star off for this poor design oversight. In the event you decide to get a different stand beware as Ive had bad luck trying to get stands that will hold the weight.

The monitor has great brightness, picture, and more as long as your graphics support a higher def!

I bought this for school and for gaming. Being able to have a high picture quality and a fast refresh rate along with quick response time is awesome. Love Acer and their products. Keep it coming!

vesa mounting is easy, picture quality great

A little over two years of ownership and active use this monitor shows nothing but quality. Picture is great and refresh rate performs as advertised. Very good for the typical consumer trying to get a higher refresh rate and screen resolution.

great value at 240$, gotta mess with settings to get it just right but still a great monitor.
