> 3 dayThe laptop kept crashing and giving blue screens of death from day one right out of the box. Couldnt fix despite doing all necessary updates and troubleshooting. Ended up returning to get a refund because i didnt want to even bother trying to get a new one after that.

Greater than one weekPro: Great screen, NVME drive, good graphics card and great aesthetics. Easy to take apart to add an SSD or replace parts in. Honestly a good price for the specs.

> 3 dayAwesome powerful gaming system. It powers up fast and shuts down easily. Updating the graphics card is an easy step through step process when needed it. The design is awesome. I love the lit up features. It doesn’t come with a mouse, so order a good simple gaming mouse or you’ll be stuck with the mouse screen.

> 3 dayI bought this for one of my younger sisters a few months ago and shes loved it so far. It runs the games she wants and she can use it for coding, for her schoolwork, and other general usage too. Weve placed games against each other online and this is definitely quieter than my Alienware (Alien v. Predator--I couldnt help myself when looking for a laptop for her and saw that this one was good). That said, my alien has two power intakes for more intense gaming and its noticeable if Im doing a lot, so it has the advantage there.

Greater than one weekWhile this laptop does have a nice design and decent screen with 144hz refresh rate, my experience with this laptop has been plagued with power issues that required my computer to go back to Acer for now a 2nd time for the same exact issue. On top of that, Acer customer support is not easy to access or particularly helpful until you get higher level managers involved. For a laptop that costs such a premium price, I would expect a much higher quality product and that simply has not been the case. Very disappointed in Acer this time around.

> 3 dayI am writing this amendment to my review on my older laptop, which the Predator was supposed to replace. Why is this? Well, lets follow the timeline.
