Everything I used was perfect. So why 3 stars? I used it and worked OK. When I needed to unplug it once, and travel, in less than 90 min I had to look for a plug.

Cooling is terrible. Don’t let the aeroblade bs fool you. Don’t buy this unless you want an expensive way to cook an omelet. Build a pc

This thing is fast. I love it, especially the predator operating center where you can control the fan speed and monitor the processors and gpu’s.

From opening and closing the laptop various times the wire for the video camera fails if you don’t have it at a certain viewing angle. I didn’t do my research properly but the video camera wire is notorious for failing in this particular modal.

This has been a really great laptop, no issues with it, it runs top tier games at full graphics quality without a hitch and with other programs running in the background. The one tiny problem I did have was with the printing wearing away on a single key on the keyboard, and I contacted Acer support and asked them to send me a new keyboard and they did! Also in case youve had horror experiences with the battery replacement process on other gaming laptops, I checked before I bought this one and the battery is really easy to replace. The keyboard is designed in a way that I think will keep small particles from getting stuck under them, and the keys are easy to replace if you have the same problem I did with the printing wearing off. Its also really nice to have a keyboard with a full numpad on a laptop.

This laptop can do everything. Its only only for gaming. I use it a lot for video editing. though I upgraded the RAM to 16mb. This laptop is a beast. I LOVE it. If you are looking for a great laptop, look no further.... go for Acer Predator Helios 300. Thank you....

I was in love with this laptop before the first blue screen. After some troubleshooting, factory resetting the laptop a few times I was obligated to try something different, a full reinstall from scratch. It did work for a while them blue screens again. I have tested and stressed my laptop and I have no hardware issue. Only problem I’m facing after a full install from scratch is that predator software doesn’t launch. When I try to install it windows says that it has unsigned drivers... even after forcing the install I try to launch it but I only see the splash screen, actual software doesn’t launch. Not a big deal but can’t set the keyboard color scheme without predator sense. Besides those issues the laptop is really nice

I Had a little issue with the killer wifi being installed, so I had to delete all the wifi drivers and reset then connect to and LAN redownload and it has worked great. Also, in order to get the RGB keyboard instead of just the blue when it first turns on need to go into the predator software and go to lighting and Walla.
