I bought it because I wanted a very fast laptop for work and everyday activities... that I could take on vacations and play games if I wanted. It handles Sea of Thieves on Mythical graphics no problem. Love the laptop, worth the money...

This Acer laptop worked great for about a year of light use. Sometimes I would only use it to play some games once per week. Right after my one year warranty expired, the screen just stopped working. It stays black even when the laptop powers on. I called Acer about this issue and they wanted me to pay to ship it to them for repairs because the warranty expired. A $1,200 laptop should last longer than a year. Im very disappointed.

This has been a really great laptop, no issues with it, it runs top tier games at full graphics quality without a hitch and with other programs running in the background. The one tiny problem I did have was with the printing wearing away on a single key on the keyboard, and I contacted Acer support and asked them to send me a new keyboard and they did! Also in case youve had horror experiences with the battery replacement process on other gaming laptops, I checked before I bought this one and the battery is really easy to replace. The keyboard is designed in a way that I think will keep small particles from getting stuck under them, and the keys are easy to replace if you have the same problem I did with the printing wearing off. Its also really nice to have a keyboard with a full numpad on a laptop.

Overall, Im super pleased with this laptop, and I am also really glad I went with the model that has the 16GB DDR4 RAM and the 512GB SSD storage space. The screen has great resolution, basically anything Ive done on it is super fast, and for the price point, youre getting a lot of laptop.

This is everything you could want and more. No lag time, never have to worry about battery life, sound quality, it is so fast!

been trying for two weeks to get help for the mouse pad not working and they keep giving me a run-around that their server is down and that I need to call back.

this was everything needed for both gaming and for school/work, performance is great stands for everything it represents had for about a month so far and still next best thing to a great laptop best purchase highly unlikely that you would be disappointed
