Greater than one weekI switched from an Apple laptop to Windows laptop after many years. My Macbook was getting slow and old and I needed more muscle for gaming and starting up streaming. This Helios is super fast, has crisp audio and video, and it is very easy to personalize! So far, I am loving my new Helios! Highly recommend it if you are starting to stream or game!

> 3 dayI own several Acers and have found them all to be well-made, fast, handsome and reliable, with all the proper ports, which you probably know or you wouldnt be considering purchasing this machine. I am a great believer in hard drives, and dont trust cloud storage for a variety of perhaps silly reasons. Everything goes on our hard drives.

> 3 dayI love the computer, but if youre actually using it on your lap, as I do, it doesnt take much movement to jar the power supply out of the back. Its just not in there very securely.

> 3 dayThe laptop was very disappoting. It has overheated a lot, usually from light internet browsing. It also freezes up occasionally and the internet will often cut off (even when its working in other devices).

Greater than one weekOne of the best gaming laptops in the market for the price range. Its really worth the price. I upgraded the ram. I used 32GB Kingston HyperX 2933Mhz. I added 2TB Samsung EVO plus 970. The laptop works like dream. so fantastic.
