got this for less than 1k. great laptop for work/gaming.

Just stoped working a week in apparently this is a common problem with these laptops they use cheap motherboards that just short and burn themselves out

For the price, this is a really good laptop. From what research Ive done, this laptop will be able to play Cyberpunk 2077, which is great. I just installed an M.2 SSD with relative ease. It requires you removing the bottom panel, but the process is definitely easier than my last laptop. It doesnt have an extra RAM slot, but it does have an extra M.2 slot and an extra SSD/HDD slot. While playing games, the turbo fan boost keeps the PC pretty cool. It doesnt get hot to the touch. All told, it is a really great laptop for the price.

Received a broken product. I just received it and have already had a major problem. I fully charged it before its first use and when the battery was low, I plugged it in to charge. Well it only made it for about 45 minutes, then it stopped charging. Its not recognizing the charger at all. Called tech support and they had me unplug it, turn it off, and press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. This will get it to charge but again, only four about 45 mins. Very upset at this moment. Was told it probably needs to be sent in for repair. But before that, Im being sent a new adapter. Why would a brand new computer need to be sent in for repair? Very upsetting, especially because the reviews are all so positive. But I see that at least one person has had my name issue.

....But unfortunately it did not hold up. It almost immediately started having issues with both USB ports and would disconnect at even the slightest brush, which is a problem in the time of so many zoom calls. As of today it started having issues with pixelated lines running across the screen - Ive never had to replace a laptop this quickly. Ive had it for a little over a year...

I love it

Have had it for a week. Been watching the temps fluctuate from 40-95c. Definitely seems to run hot but works great, no lagging, no issues. I bought a cooling pad. Hopefully that’ll keep it below 85/90c

This thing is a beast when it comes to gaming. I have had no problems with gaming, and it efficiently renders graphics. For the price, this is the best gaming laptop. Its graphics card is very much found in costly models of computers, but the barebones in this Predator are all I need. It heats the keyboard, though, during gaming, so make sure you get a fan to put under it.
