When I saw the price for this laptop, I was truly excited as $1,200 is very reasonable for its components. When the laptop arrived, it worked flawlessly except for the headphone jack. To be specific, the device didnt come with the Realtek HD Audio Control Manager installed, the device failed to pick up any recording devices, my input device kept picking up my output sounds (I was using earbuds), and finally, there was a severe echo issue when in calls which really annoyed me. To fix this problem, I tried to reinstall the audio drivers and factory reset the device which didnt do anything. This lead to me ordering my first replacement. The replacement came relatively quickly but had THE EXACT SAME ISSUES AS THE FIRST ONE. This really annoyed me as the problems were even worse than the first laptop as it made extremely loud static noises when an audio device was plugged in. Even though I was extremely annoyed, I decided to give Acer another chance by ordering yet another replacement. The third replacement came in the mail and finally, it lacked the audio issues. However, it had problems with high temperatures. the idle CPU temperature was around 60 degrees celsius and when playing light games like Minecraft the temperatures exceeded 90 degrees celsius which is almost damaging. All in all, I am very disappointed with this Acers quality control and will be getting a refund for this machine. The 3 laptops I received all had different issues indicating a lack of good quality control.

Great for gaming, good heat control. Acer fixed alot of issues from the old machine, lowered the price and upped the specs. The 2060 contained is a beast which isnt going to heat your keys to the point of cooking your fingertips as old models did. Fans were split up and now had one on each side, sharing the cooling across the devices better.

I bought this for my teenage for Christmas 2020. He has had overheating problems several times, but it always sits on a desk. He accidentally hit the screen with a metal water bottle and the lcd behind cracked. The computer was on and working, but we couldnt see anything past the digital mess. Went online, did my research, bought a new screen. Replacement was easy, but as soon as I closed the computer it would not turn back on. I searched for answers and this is apparently a more common problem then it should be. Decided to take it to Geek Squad so that I dont ruin something. They returned it unrepaired. They confirmed the screen was the correct on and installed correctly. They checked the mother board and everything is connected and getting power. They checked battery and charging cable. I brought it home and spent several hours doing research. I have literally tried EVERYTHING and this thing is done. What a complete waste of $1600!!!! This is the last Acer product I will ever buy.

Would have been nice to know the product came with a sleeve. I already bought one not knowing. UPS also crashed the suspense when the product was supposed to be delivered on Friday, my birthday, but failed to deliver until Monday! Computer seems to work fine.

I got this hot rod to do 3D modeling and rendering, compositing, and VFX for my film work and to do high-end gaming for my flight simulators, and it is just a pleasure to work with. Lots of room for upgrade. I immediately added a 1TB M.2 SSD and it just screams speed. Next upgrade is for 32GB memory and an additional 2TB SSD. Love this machine.

Bought this laptop on special. Beasts any game you throw at it. Best laptop ,for the price, on the market. Easily. If I had to pick a flaw it would be the battery is a little weak for what this laptop has inside it. Acer also offers a 1 year warranty so I couldnt be happier!
