Necesitaba una pc para trabajar de altas prestaciones, Acer no era una de las mejores opciones hasta ahora, me sorprendieron el desempeño del equipo es espectacular, el soporte igual super rápido y confiable, la pc la mejor que he tenido (Soy analista de ciberseguridad, el uso es bastante alto)

Well package. So many boxes seals you have to cut & open. The wifi is connection is so fast I am getting 100% of bandwidth download from the other end of the house opposite of router (this device has wifi ax while my router is only AC). Booted up fast. Easy to use. Turbo mode fan is loud but what do you expect if you want more power and heat needs to come out from this laptop. Laptop lighter than expected. Power adapter is huge and heavy though 230w. Comes with medium amount of bloat ware that can be uninstall. You can update the bios from Acer website. There is backlight bleeding. Check your unit, if youre okay with it then keep it or if its really bad then exchange it. Overall impressive laptop to game for the price. This is the new 2020 Acer predator Helios 300.

super fast!

It was a perfect price with RTX 2060 and also I got good FPS almost any game with high quality. Fans are good, performance is good.

Does exactly what I want it to, it does tend to run hot but I expected that, I would be using a cooling pad but it got lost in transit, so waiting on that, once I get the cooling pad I should be good to go

Ive had a lot of fun with this laptop since I bought it. I havent noticed any issues other than I believe the temperature reading is wrong on the Predator Sense app, theres no way this laptop gets to 150+ degrees Fahrenheit, unless im wrong haha. Also it is pretty difficult to open up the back of the laptop if you want to add an extra ssd or hdd. Other than that, I am very happy with my purchase.

My last laptop died because of overheating. I’m happy with the fans on the Helios 300 (2020) even though it gets really loud. It doesn’t bother me at all and I don’t care what other people say. I will just be using it in my room.

Excellent product. Runs world of Warcraft at max settings with no issues. Great price for a powerful laptop.

I switched from an Apple laptop to Windows laptop after many years. My Macbook was getting slow and old and I needed more muscle for gaming and starting up streaming. This Helios is super fast, has crisp audio and video, and it is very easy to personalize! So far, I am loving my new Helios! Highly recommend it if you are starting to stream or game!
