An absolute must-have for all new moms. Hands down the comfiest blankets out there. My 5yo still has his (the same ones gifted to us when he was born) and someone bought these for me for my newest addition. They are incredibly durable and so, so soft. Also lightweight which is perfect for us in Arizona. I would give more stars if I could. Highly recommend!

The best swaddling blankets around! These are my go to gift for all baby showers. They are perfect squares which make a HUGE difference in getting a perfect swaddle. They are also large enough to accomadate even the biggest newborns (mine was 10lbs at birth and these were the only ones that worked for her). The material just gets softer with each wash but the prints dont fade. My 2 year old still uses these to cover up with at night. They are thick enough to keep her warm but dont make her overheat. When giving as gifts, I like to split them up into sets of two and have the corners monogrammed with the new babys name or initials. I also own a set of bamboo aden + anais and prefer these as they are easier to swaddle with and a little thicker.

These are the perfect swaddle blankets if you want something a little heavier, but still lightweight. Went back to purchase more after receiving as a shower gift.

Update: After using these for a month, my original prediction was correct. I should have returned these and got my money back because they’re near impossible to use as swaddles. I thought after washing they would get softer, but they have remained scratchy. They stretch out too easily and don’t keep their shape, and I can never get them tight enough to safely swaddle my little one. I stand with my original recommendation — save yourself some money and get the Target swaddles — you’ll get 4 for a third of the price you pay for these and the quality is hands down way better than these. I have to say, for all the rave reviews Ive heard about the aden + anais swaddles, Im incredibly underwhelmed. They are no where near as soft as they portray; my Target and Walmart swaddles are softer then these, and they cost 1/3 of the price. If it werent for the fact that my childs room theme is Harry Potter, and the prints for this theme are few and far between, I would return these. Honestly dont even think Im going to use them as swaddles, probably more like burp rags or play blankets. Not recommended.

Our son is obsessed with these blankets. We have so many and needed to update some that have gotten quite dirty. These are such a good price. The only thing is one of the blankets came snagged and has put a hole in it and it’s starting to unravel. I’ve never had this happen before.

As a new mom I was struggling when swaddling my son. He would always come out of the swaddle! I even started to say my son hated to be swaddled. Until a friend swaddled him and he slept like a baby!!!! She recommended these and it was God send. The blanket is long and light enough that made swaddling easy. Since it its so big, in a way it grows with the baby. Ive been able to swaddle him since he was 2 weeks old and continue to do it now at 4 months (but now we swaddle him with the hands outside). I also used it to cover my son from the sun when we are in the car, as a tummy time blanket and lately (apparently) as a chewing toy as my son loves to sucks on it. One of the best baby gear investments we have made.

Perfect size to grow with baby even as a toddler. Perfect for swaddling and super soft material. Adorable prints too.

Great look and quality! We bought it when our son just was born and used to use it for car seat, stroller, bassinet and anywhere u can possibly imagine. This blanket is very brizeable, light and a very good size too. Very cute blankets! So, now our son is 19 months old and we actually still using it at home for his crib. I highly recommend this product from newborn and up. If you worry about price. I would say 4 of them would be more then enough. As long as you have more affordable other thick receiving blankets. I also want to say that I was a little mad and bought a lot of similar blankets from a different companies. And I must say Aden + antis are my absolute favorite. I stopped using the other ones as they are not as near as good as this one.

These are a must-have new baby item. We use them for everything - car seat blankets, burp cloths, and swaddling! They are the perfect all-around, any-time-of-year blanket to use for babies of all ages. They are probably the safest and easiest-to-use swaddling blanket (and if you dont know how to swaddle, learn how now because it is what is helping our baby sleep through the night). For us, the pre-made swaddling contraptions (SwaddleMe, Miracle Blanket, etc) dont work because our daughter is a little Houdini and can easily break out of those. However, when we use A+A blankets and wrap her securely, she is snug as a bug and falls asleep instantly. The light-weight cotton is the safest material for a baby and makes this blanket perfect for all times of year. During the cold months we are using the blankets in conjunction with a sleep sack so baby can be swaddled and also warm. These are seriously the item we have used the most during our first 5 weeks. I freak out when they all simultaneously end up in the wash, so just ordered another set. They have been well worth the money. They will also be the item that Ill be purchasing for friends expecting a new baby. I initially thought $50 for blankets was absurd, but they are worth it.
