> 3 dayI was hesitant to spend more money on these name brand blankets, but I am SO glad I did. My son sweats like CRAZY in the night and has since he was born. (He is now 4 months old.) I was looking for a swaddle blanket that was breathable, yet LARGE, because my son already weighs over 15 pounds. Every blanket I used was too small, and the bigger ones werent breathable, and he would sweat like crazy in them. I am in LOVE with these blankets. They are so large that they will comfortably swaddle him as he continues to grow! And they are breathable. So although I wrap him around and around multiple times, the swaddle doesnt feel thick all around him. It is fantastic. Our son never breaks out of these blankets either because we do the straight jacket swaddle technique. (Not cruel at all!) Look it up on YouTube if your baby keeps breaking out of the swaddle. I tell you, this technique is amazing! I love how easy these blankets are to wash, and I love how soft they are when they come out of the dryer. These blankets have truly been fantastic. Im REALLY glad I got four. I always have at least one to use if/when the others are in the laundry hamper. I recommend these to ALL MOMS. This is a really great product.

> 3 dayI bought these for my sister in law for gift. The pattern is very cute, true to picture. We probably have 10 Aiden and Anais blankets and love them. When my kids were infants we used them as swaddles, covers on car seats, blankets in car, shade in stroller, nursing covers and even now still have them in the car. They are a great size, high quality and wash really well. Would recommend for any family. We also have the dream blankets, which are great!

> 3 dayMy baby hates to be swaddled, but these are so great for other uses. They are nice and lightweight and work well over the carseat or stroller to block out the sun, and they are nice just to cover the baby. Very soft and snuggly. The jungle jam prints are super cute and gender nuetral. I went by other peoples recommendations and bought a pack of these and also received a pack from Target as a shower gift. Sure, these are bigger, but the material is the same quality. Both are great. Update 9-8-13 My son is now 14 months and we went from using these to swaddle, to using them as blankets to cover him up at bedtime (nice and lightweight for summer or anytime) and now he cant sleep without having one to cuddle. We send one to daycare and he often has one in the car and drags them all around the house, playing peek-a-boo with them or using them to cover up the dog. They make great security blankets because they are so easy to wash and come in packs of 4, so you always have a clean one. We still rotate all 8 of them that we got as shower gifts. When these wear out/get lost/get too stained or torn, we can just go out and buy a new pack. They are the best.

> 3 dayThese are so handy for little ones. We have used them as swaddles, blankets, play areas (to cover carpet when we arent at home), burp cloths when there isnt one handy. They are the perfect weight and thickness!

Greater than one weekThere are so many reviews for these blankets and mostly good for a great reason. They are worth 5 star!!! My son is 2.5 years old now and he still uses these blankets in conjunction with the Dream Blankets. These blankets are part blanket and part soothie for him. When he gave up his pacifier over Christmas, he began to rely more heavily on these blankets for comfort. He loves to rub his face on them. Last year, when he had ear infection, we used one blanket on him and he would rub his fingers on a piece of the blanket for comfort. As an infant, we swaddled him until he was about 6 months old and he was in the 90th percentile in size. As a mom, I have used these blankets as a impromptu changing pad, booger wipe, napkin, tummy time mat, shader for the infant car seat, and many other uses that are mentioned in other reviews. Its been so useful and practical that my mom, my sister and I have bought a pack as baby shower gifts to other new moms. We have owned the 44x44 and 47x47. I find that it is so much easier to swaddle a newborn with the 44x44 since the 47x47 is too bulky. We kept and added more 47x47 as my son got older, but we passed the 44x44 down to my nephew after he was born.

> 3 dayFirst of all, I will say these are great blankets...big, breathable, cute, etc. but if youve read any of the other reviews, you already know all of that. Heres what I wished I had read before I purchased: 1. If you are like me, you have no idea what the heck muslin is. Well, as they say, its a soft breathable cotton. The best way to describe it is like a cotton gauze, much like the material used in burp cloth diapers. The exception is, this is much higher quality, making it stronger than gauze, and its only 1 ply, so its more breathable than a cloth diaper. 2. This listing is confusing, because it mixes up the wraps and the blankets. If you want the larger 47x47 wraps, then go for the ones that have $49.99 listed as the list price. If you want the smaller 42x42, then go for the ones with the list price of $34.99. 3. What is so great about these blankets? I was trying to figure out why everyone was so in love with these things, and heres what Ive deduced...these are MUCH larger than other swaddling blankets, and also much thinner. So, you can wrap your baby up in a nice tight swaddle, with the blanket wrapped completely around them and under their back and they are not too bulky. If you were to have a typical swaddling blanket of the same size, by the time you wrapped up the baby, they probably wouldnt fit in the bassinet, and their head would be 4 inches off the ground. 4. You still have to have swaddling skills. This is not like a swaddleme or sleep sack swaddler. No velcro, no magic. Personally, I am a terrible swaddler and my baby was out of this blanket in 6 minutes flat the first time I used it. But Im getting better. I have no choice, since my rather large 3 month old has outgrown all of the magical swaddling options. All in all though, a nice functional set of blankets. And I have no doubt these will still be getting tons of use while the swaddlemes have long been donated away.

> 3 dayThese are the perfect swaddle blankets if you want something a little heavier, but still lightweight. Went back to purchase more after receiving as a shower gift.

> 3 dayAbsolutely love this TIMELESS print. the blankets are excellent quality material, the print is intricate and well crafted, and the size of the blanket is generous! I cant wait to use these daily-if I can keep from hanging them on the blanket latter for decor ha!
