Had to stack them because they would lose volume.

Love this product and am so happy that Amazon is selling it direct. I use it for arch foot pads. Been buying this felt from other sellers for over four years. Quality is great, price is affordable and arrived very quickly.

Due to severe foot pain my podiatrist recommended this product to use around the sore spot in my ankle bone area. I looked everywhere for this product & was finally told by my doctor the only place to get it is at Amazon. It is a little pricey but it does what I need it to do. I love it & highly recommend it to anyone who has my foot problem.

I have been using adhesive felted foam for 5 yrs, to offload both feet, in the heel area. I always get the 900095 by Aetna and it is usually $25-$29. This time I found one for $19.99, also made by Aetna. The description was the same, 1/4 thick & 6 X 2.5 yards. After reading the description, I decided to order it because the only difference I could find was the seller. BOY...was I wrong! First, this stuff is just slightly thinner than 1/4. Its nowhere near as dense as the 900095 that Ive been getting! It does have adhesive on the back and like all these products, its difficult to peal the backing off to expose it. You have to be very careful or you will also peel the adhesive off! So, the sticky-ness is the only thing about this product that I was satisfied with. With the other product, the thickness will hold up well for about 3-4 days. With this one, before the end of the day I had to cut a second layer to put over the first one! It had flattened out to nearly nothing. Although this product was $8 cheaper, I will have to double up and use 2 layers, so its not going to last near as long. If you are using this to pad a shoe or maybe to pad your insole, it might be fine. If you need it for a weight bearing area such as your heal or the ball of your foot, spend the extra $8 and get the 900095!

Recommended by my husbands physical therapist, this padding builds up his innersoles where needed and helps to correct his stance. It is easy to cut, but difficult to peel the backing off. Slicing through the center of each piece with a sharp blade helps. With very strong adhesion, the pieces do not shift in his shoes. However, they do pack down in about 2 weeks and need to be removed and replaced. Happily, the roll is long enough to provide many replacements.

AVOID - very difficult to remove the paper backing. (Best way is to cross-cut X into the back of the paper, and then pick off ... little by little .. until it is gone.)

I am not sure if a mistake has been made or what, but the one I got is different from the picture. Ive been ordering this stuff the past two years to treat ulcers and this new one doesnt have the cardboard roll in the middle. It is also of much reduced quality. The foam is sparse and then, although it says its the same dimensions it is most definitely not the same type of foam padding as presented in the picture or what I have been receiving. Was there a mistake made?
