Greater than one weekThe adhesive is almost excessively sticky, and I can use these pads for just 1 day before theyŕe crushed down. I put them on my foot, and remove the excess adhesive with rubbing alcohol after removing them. To remove the paper, grasp the pad and curl it up to separate a bit from the paper to get your fingernail between the two. You wont be able to remove by trying to peel the paper off the pad. I counted the pads I cut out of this roll, and it comes to about 38 cents for each pad, FYI.

> 3 dayThis company needs a brain. The adhesive layer needs to be designed for easy removal. I spent 30 minutes trying to separate the paper backing and still could not get it off. Update: This stuff is garbage.

> 3 dayThis product is exactly what the podiatrist used to cut a custom pad for my feet. It has great adhesive quality. I cut the fabric to fit right in the arch of my foot, and have even put two together to make the padding thicker. I can get at least 3 to 4 uses before I change the padding. I simply take them off at night, shower, then use the again the next day. I definitely recommend this product.
