> 3 dayI mostly use these headphones on my daily dog walks. They allow me to safely listen to music or podcasts without eliminating the sounds around me - e.g. cars coming my way, other dog walkers, etc. I can also effortlessly take and make calls on my IPhone 12 with these. Just three buttons and virtually no learning curve. The quality of sound is remarkable considering their size and the fact that they dont sit on or in your ears!

> 3 dayI had a pair of the Aftershokz Titanium for a year and have to say I wasnt impressed with it overall. I decided to give the Aeropex a try, and my gosh what a difference this version makes! First to get a few things out of the way for those new to bone conduction. These headphones do not isolate outside sound - by design - so you wont be able to make out much of your podcast in a noisy subway car. Nor can you expect real bass. Its simple physics. If you boomy bass is what you are after, or you expect to constantly be in a noisy environment, youll be much happier with a $20 pair of earbuds with good sealing tips. You use bone conduction headset to retain full situation awareness of your aural surroundings. Compare to the original Aftershockz, the Aeropex is lighter, much more comfortable to wear, and have appreciably fuller and louder sound. Its completely worth of the $80 extra IMHO. I am also happy with the customer service - I had some issues with the multi-function button with my original pair. I contacted customer support and they sent me a replacement pair within days - no questions asked. There are two issues that prevents me from giving this 5 stars. First is the questionable decision to use a proprietary charging cable - sure the magnetic connection works very well and they are nice to include two cables in the box. But Id have much preferred a standard USB-C connection or Qi-based wireless charging, so I dont need to carry yet another cable when I travel. 2nd is a software issue - when headset makes a loud beep whenever you press a button, and its volume is not adjusted for the volume setting of the headset. So the beeps are startlingly loud when you are listening to some quiet music. Its gotten so annoying that I try not to use the headset to adjust volume at all at night.

> 3 dayFantastic for driving or doing housework. I can listen to books, music, podcasts while doing mundane things. For long car trips it keeps me engaged and helps pass the time. Since they do not go into your ear canals, you can hear traffic, sirens etc and drive safely.

> 3 dayEDIT: I have had these for almost two years now and they havent broken, so they are sturdier than the Titanium. I would still recommend them to anyone! I loved my Trekz Titanium headphones, and these are even better. They are lighter weight, so you dont feel them as much. I do have a big head and I worried that since these were smaller they might not fit, but they fit well. I also hope that they are more durable than the titanium (Ive had 4 pairs of them and each broke at the thin place above the ears, but I kept getting them because they do work great). But I hope these last more than a year. The best thing about Aftershockz is the ability to connect two devices to your headset. So I can watch on my laptop and when a call comes in on my phone, it pauses my computer and transfers the sound to my phone so I can answer it.

> 3 dayBest pair of headphones I have ever had. I work in an industry where earplugs are required and these allow me to wear my hearing protection and still be able to listen to my music.

> 3 dayI was looking for something to give my ears a break from headphones as I listen to a lot of audio books and podcasts while doing mundane things and am constantly getting blocked ears. The volume and audio quality is great for podcasts and books. I notice a little vibration if the volume is cranked all the way up but only when people are yelling in the audio.

> 3 dayBeing an over the trucker I was really looking forward to this Bluetooth, however even though I could hear other callers they told me I was coming across very muffled. Too bad.
