Aftershokz Aeropex Mini (Rebranded as Shokz OpenRun Mini) Bone Conduction Wireless Bluetooth Headphones

I was so excited to get these. I got everything all set up, the battery fully charged and away I went. SO disappointing when, with the volume up all of the way, I couldn’t hear better. I tried them again, went to troubleshoot, texted with an expert and I had done everything I could. When there is total quiet it’s good but how often do you get total quiet.

The device is well-made and well designed - lightweight, comfortable, sleek, intuitive. The company uses top quality materials and has an iron-clad guarantee they really stand behind. Customer service is a snap. Im so happy with this item and I think you will be too.

It would be a 5 star review if you could make the back loop adjustable to fit tighter against the back of the head. This would prevent exercises using a bench from pushing the headset away from its desired location around the ears. It would also enable the headset to be used inside a motorcycle helmet or with other helmets that enclose the ears and/or the back of the head.

My work allows music only in one ear if you use traditional earbuds, but they let me wear these since they dont obstruct the ear canal. Stereo music, being comfortable, and lasting the whole work day are big pluses on this for me. Are there things that sound better for the money, yes. But I cant wear those at work. I have used either the Aeropex or the Airs for the last 2 years at work and have nothing but good things to say. Prefer the Aeropex greatly over the airs. Everything is an improvement.

Great sound quality and battery life. Despite getting soaked they give me no issues.

No noise cancellation on these bone conduction headphones. Dont turn up the volume up the all the way when listening to podcasts as there is crackling when you do so. Battery life is superb and when you are looking for bone conduction headphones this is the one .

First off let me say that these headphones are pretty awesome. Great idea. The reason I bought these over the other models is because they were sweat proof. They are light and stay put. The only negative that I have experienced is the sound level. I have to keep these almost maxed out to hear them, and the bass isnt really there unless you plug your ears. Other than that I cant really complain. To me they are overpriced by about $80 for what they are. But I use them to workout with no issues of them moving or falling off my head. I also use them at work. They last my whole shift at work. I work 10hr shifts. After wearing them for a whole work shift Im ready to take them off, but for a workout they are great because I can still hear whats going on around me while listening to music. Overall good headphones, just needs a little bit more volume.

This is the 2nd one that I have bought and it stopped working
