Aftershokz Aeropex Mini (Rebranded as Shokz OpenRun Mini) Bone Conduction Wireless Bluetooth Headphones

I have weird ears, and regular earphones dont stay in for anything, especially while exercising. These are perfect. They dont get in the way, even when I wear glasses, and, most importantly, they stay comfortably snug while running. I wish the sound quality were better, but its surprisingly good for bone-conduction headphones.

These are straight up surround sound on your head that still let you know what’s going on around you. Usually when I watch Netflix I have to have the captions on but with these I’ve actually turned them off for the first time!! I can understand every word on my shows and when I use them to talk on the phone I can understand every word! This is a huge deal to me because I got mild brain damage from getting my head busted in a riot in Afghan in 2012 and haven’t been able to hear the same since. These headphones are amazing and I wish I had bought them sooner! Buy them NOW!

Le regalo este dispositivo a mi esposa quien enteena para un maratón y para mi sorpresa me dice que se le apaga a las 2 h 30 minutos escuchando su musica durante su ruta. Las especificaciones dicen que dura 8 h y al menos debería durar la mitad. Favor especificar que el tiempo continuo escuchando música no es ni de 3 horas.

I bought these over a year ago and although I immediately fell in love with these, I didnt leave a review because you never know how a device will hold up. Well I ended up using my aeropex for several hours every day, including 3 cycles of marathon training and being shoved in a gym bag without as much care as I should have used. What made me come back and write a review: when an internal component came loose and started rattling, Aftershokz replaced the pair under warranty quickly and without having to jump through any hoops. An amazing customer service experience!

The main thing I dislike about bone conduction headphones is that the volume is not very good, especially if there is any kind of noise around you. You basically have to be in a quiet room to hear anything. I was hoping the volume would have been better.
