Ive used various models of these Aeroplex headsets and generally been happy. Let me justify the above grades:

I use them for listening to music while out running or walking cause I can still hear what is around me; I can snap my fingers and that; I can hear my footsteps; and you can turn up the volume if you want. I have two other types (ear buds/ loops over the ear) but these fall out and you’re searching on the ground for it or can’t wear a toque; these are not an issue, should have saved my money and bought these instead but I didn’t know about them at the time; seen someone on the exercise app wearing them (good idea so I went looking).

...but it shuts off randomly at least a dozen times a day. When I turn it back on it will announce that the battery is high or medium. It is especially annoying when it shuts off during a phone call. I purchased 4 of these as Christmas gifts for my children and one for myself. I asked my children if they are having this problem or not, all 3 said no. However, I dont know if they use it as much as I do which is mostly the entire day. It is paired with both my cell phone and work PC simultaneously. The pairing procedure is not as simple as others I have used. Other than that, the sound quality is great, and the noise canceling dual microphones are excellent. The new design is by far the most comfortable fit out there. I would rate it at 5 stars if it did not shut off one me.

I listen to Audible books and find that I can still hear other things happening around me, also with other headphones I had previously, they get uncomfortable after a while. With these I almost forget Im still wearing them even when the sound is off.

These are great for living an active lifestyle. They are comfortable, they don’t go in your ears, they sound crisp and clear, and they allow you to hear other noise that you may actually need to be aware of when out and about. Also work great for phone conversations. Perfect headphones.
