I ordered this to replace the remote that my dog chewed up. The serial numbers matched and there was no programming required. I pressed power and the system turned on with all previous settings. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the back cover doesn’t click on and stay very well. With general use it’s fine but if you drop it or move it too quickly it will slide back. Not a big enough reason to return.

Our dog chewed the original remote that came with the sound bar and I cant even tell the difference between this one and the original. It worked right out of the packaging, didnt have to sync it or anything. Great product and great price. Highly recommend!
