> 3 dayI ordered this to replace the remote that my dog chewed up. The serial numbers matched and there was no programming required. I pressed power and the system turned on with all previous settings. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the back cover doesn’t click on and stay very well. With general use it’s fine but if you drop it or move it too quickly it will slide back. Not a big enough reason to return.

Greater than one weekI have the SB3851-D0 and the option of bass, treble, truesound doesnt work, probably I need the control with the little display screen on the top

Once it arrive, I put the batteries in it and it worked just like new. I am very happy with the purchase. Will purchase again if we forget and leave it down where the puppy can chew it up. :)
