Amazon Basics 5-Piece Wire Brush Set with 1/4-Inch Hex Shank

I have only used this one so far, because I was expecting the project I was working on to burn through it. It actually barely even wore it down. Strips very quickly, and the braiding makes the wire hold together much longer than a standard wire wheel.

Work very well for larger rust removal . Seems to hold up well .

First my change wish. I wish it was 4 1/2 not 4 That said the wheel worked fine on my Ryobi grinder. Really shortened the work of stripping paint and rust from my boat trailer frame. The coarse one wore well and got the job done. I didnt use the smaller wire wheel on this particular job so cant comment on it. Decent price for the two wheels. Id buy them again.

This is exactly as stated. Its a good wire wheel for your angle grinder. These are consumable items and their value is in how long they will last. For me I plan on using it sparingly so I expect it to last a while. The quality looks good. Nothing to wow me over but it does seem to work well. Overall for the price its good. I cant find anything bad about it so I think it deserves the 5 stars that it gets. You could find this at HF or Tractor supply too Im sure but I dont think the prices will vary. I like this one for my own use.

These are great for cleaning surfaces of metal prior to welding or painting. Quickly attaches to an angle grinder with ease. Not much else to say.

This installed on my angle grinder in about 20 seconds and never came loose while using it. This thing worked great at removing a bunch of build up on some of my sledgehammers and other tools-- within a minute or three I had the mini sledge in my picture cleaned up and looking far better than before. The only caution I would have with this-- and its true for pretty much anything involving an angle grinder-- this is not for precision work. While the wheel is holding up well, there are a couple of stray wires that stick out ~3/16 further than the others. So, keep this in mind if youre working close to wood or anything that would be easily torn up. Dont get too close or those few stray wires may chew up any nearby soft material. Overall, no complaints. Went on easy, worked great, price is reasonable. Cant really ask for much more than that.

this is a great throw away... it does the job and it does it well just be prepared for it to go full shed mode at some point I used this for some weld prep and it took about 4 hours of use and then dropped half its wires.. so I cant complain for under $10s

I use these for rust removal and for cleaning up welds. Works well. Fits directly on the shaft of my 4 angle grinders. Rated for 12500 RPM. All my grinders are less than that, but you need to make sure yours is too before using. Comes really well packaged. The price is hard to beat.
