This installed on my angle grinder in about 20 seconds and never came loose while using it. This thing worked great at removing a bunch of build up on some of my sledgehammers and other tools-- within a minute or three I had the mini sledge in my picture cleaned up and looking far better than before. The only caution I would have with this-- and its true for pretty much anything involving an angle grinder-- this is not for precision work. While the wheel is holding up well, there are a couple of stray wires that stick out ~3/16 further than the others. So, keep this in mind if youre working close to wood or anything that would be easily torn up. Dont get too close or those few stray wires may chew up any nearby soft material. Overall, no complaints. Went on easy, worked great, price is reasonable. Cant really ask for much more than that.

I use these to clean rust off while doing my brakes, they make quick work for cleaning the bracket that holds the caliper and pad. Also use them to clean rust off the rotor you’d be surprised how much you can save by just cleaning your rotor off and reusing it, after measuring its thickness of course. Also makes quick work of cleaning the wheel hub so you have a smooth mating surface for the rotor. Works perfect and it’s affordable I recommend

I was worried it wouldnt fit, but once I removed the wheel nut that holds on the grinding disc, this screwed on perfectly to the spindle which is 5/8 inch. So if it says threaded arbor that is different than the disc arbor size. So I learned something new!

This wire wheel fit right onto our grinder with its standard size arbor. All the wire wheels Ive uses in the past had straight wires, and not twisted in bunches like these. This one seems to throw less wires out than the others, which is a huge plus! lol It works great for removing rust while prepping our tractors tools for new paint.

I have used this with my angle grinder on multiple hand tools and some very rusted 2-inch square, steel fence posts. I had the posts in the backyard for a few years, so they had a good amount of rust on them. The wire wheel cleaned all 6 of them really good. It is still holding up well as I have also been cleaning a number of handheld tools - including my firewood axe my son accidently left in the back yard over a weekend... This is also very convenient to use since it is portable. My only other wire wheel was attached to a table grinder which is not maneuverable at all, and I had to bring the tools to it.

This a great, affordable wire brush set. I bought this set because it has a 1/4 shank that fits in my 1/4 impact driver. I dont own a drill and didnt want to go buy one either, so when I saw these would work in my 1/4 impact driver collet it was a no brainers. I bought these wire brushes to use to clean the underside of my Husqvarna 42 riding mower deck where grass clippings can build up and stick to the mower deck. These worked great for cleaning everything up. Highly recommend!
