> 3 dayEasy assembly. Very quiet. Great price comparatively speaking. The four rating is for three reasons. The difference between speed level four and five is incredible. Four is whisper quiet while five is like an average box fan on low. Ironically I sleep with it on the five. Next there was a slight vibration in the two main assembly parts where they come together. I pretty much took care of that with a clamp. Lastly is the beep the fan will make when you change speeds or turn it off/on. During the night we lost power three times which meant that annoying loud beep came on three times. Overall--buy this fan. You will be happy and so am I.

Greater than one weekFan has everything I wanted, so far so good. The only thing negative is that it arrived dented. I dont want to bother with a return, so Im using it. With better packaging, I dont think it would have been damaged.

> 3 dayI received the fan in a day and had it up and running in about 10 minutes. This fan is super quiet on many settings. And there are a lot of settings! One of my favorites is the natural setting where the air kind of comes and goes like a real outside breeze. I use this is my kitchen so appreciate the quietness. I just bought another for my bedroom and plan to adjust the setting a little higher so I get a bit of white noise. I really recommend it!

> 3 dayIts a nice fan, and like most fans, expects you to plug it into AC. But this one has a DC motor according to the box, which it does. So Ive bought it to run the fan on DC because thats what I want to do. Should you want to do the same, the fan runs on 24Vdc, no fancy wiring needed. Pop out the ac power supply and put in whatever you want, in my case, I embedded a laptop charger that accepts 10-16v and makes 20v. I lose some speed with 20v but you dont have to if you want to source a different power supply. Well that isnt exactly the solution, the oscillator motor is AC. You can probably make something work, but Ive just left mine without and thats okay.

> 3 dayThis fan exceeds my expectations so far. Very simple to put together and has many options. Blows great air and is very quiet. The white blends in well with the white walls. It feels heavy duty and so easy to control. I love it and I’m very impressed.

> 3 day20min easy assembly- instructions provide but ( if your like me- don’t care to read instructions) not really needed. Packing was very neat and organized which , to me, shows manufacturing quality which is carried to the actual product. Fan is quiet, operation options cover all needs for a fan and are as described. Remote is IR so direct view of fan receiver is needed. Two AAA batteries are needed. If I needed two fans, I’d buy another. The ONLY issue I could have is that I’d like to have a place on the fan to put the remote . A simple easy add on.

> 3 dayThe Amazon Basics Oscillating Dual Blade Standing Pedestal Fan was very easy to assemble - the only tool required is a screw driver to unscrew the fixing ring. The fan is whisper quiet. I like the idea of having the dual blade. I have found that the dual blade does not necessarily spread the force of the air over a wide area; instead it feels like the dual blade buffers the thrust of the wind. This fan is a very nice fan and worth the cost.

Greater than one weekI am so glad I bought this fan! The pole adjusts height well, it is silent, and has great options for control on remote. The buttons on the fan itself do not have the speed adjustments, unfortunately. Also, the directions show the large clear blades facing the wrong way! Ugh. I had to take it apart and redo it, and my gut said it was wrong in the first place, but I did what it showed. The written part vs the photos are not the best, and I couldnt find one of the bolts, but when it was done, worth the trouble! Great value!
