Very nice fan. I had one that was too loud and low was full force. This fan cools well. Nice features on the remote. Love the timer and that this fan allows you to change direction by remote! Recommend!

Love the remote. I use it in my workout room and the remote is nice. I like to start it after I get warm. It is easy to put together and seems very sturdy only been using it for a week. However, so far I love it.

Screw the little fan on COUNTERclockwise. Also, find the base screw at the base of the main segment. Im a tech writer, so my only complaints are about the instructions. They should have hired a professional tech writer to write the instructions. They didnt. As they are, the assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired. Ok, mea culpa, I didnt read the instructions quite close enough, but attention should have been given to stressing counterclockwise. And we should have been instructed where to find the base screw. Also, we should have been instructed to bring a phillips-head screwdriver to assembly. I believe that Im going to really like this fan a lot. Great look, great features. I recommend that Amazon hire a true professional to improve the assembly instructions - a short, cheap, smart step that will help Amazon customers to avoid such a simple step as screwing something on the wrong way. Also, the functions of the remote could be much better explained. I had to experiment with the remote to understand what did what. Addendum: This fan is great. It has 12 speeds and they are very easy to move up and down. The control panel on the fan lights up when you make changes, then it goes dark. It has memory; it remembers your settings when you turn it off. (Just dont unplug it.) Height and tilt are easily adjustable. And...at a great price.

Be careful with delivery as the remote was found in the yard…. Fan works great was way to assemble and is not too loud at all.

It seems to be real quiet and blows air. Some dont and the 2 fan blade seems to be the best so far. Looking to cut use of AC. And air movement is key and this fits perfectly.

This fan is perfect in every way. I love the size. Not overwhelming in the room but provides plenty of airflow with just the right amount of what I would call white noise. Love it

Well, I wanted a pedestal fan, so I thought I would try this model and I was really curious about the duel fan concept... Let me say, it was easy to put together! I would say it took me all of about 8 minutes to assemble it together, & that was taking my time! I have had it for 2 days now and I cannot believe how much air this fan pushes! Even at a low speed I receive a nice breeze! There are several functions that I have not played with as of yet. As soon as I do, I will give an update. If you are looking for a fan (with a remote), I recommend you give this Amazon Basic a chance!
