> 24 hourFan is okay. Simple controls, very simple install. But, on high, it doesnt move nearly as much air as the older fan I bought it to replace. Its also a little louder than I anticipated. All right, but not great.

> 24 hourWhat I liked about this fan is the the 2-fan design. It is easy to install in the window. What I really disliked about this fan is that it does not push out very much air. The quality of this fan in one word cheap. I should have been aware of this since it is an Amazon Basic product. This fan is very expensive for such a cheaply made product. I went ahead and returned this fan to Amazon. Went ahead and purchased the Genesis max.cool fan which is very similar with the 2 fan design and is much better quality with more features.

> 24 hourShockingly cheap looking fan, but it runs very quietly. Heres hoping it lasts more than a minute and a half. BTW, there is no way to lock the accordion expansion wings into place when you pull them out, so they just suck right back in once you place the fan in the window. UPDATE: weve had the fan roughly 3 weeks now. It moves air but not a lot of it; even on the highest setting. Heres my biggest issue and why I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this fan and Im changing my rating...when you turn the fan off, (this is the fan with a remote), it resets all the settings. So, if you have it set to blow air IN the room from the outside when you turn it off, when you turn it back on, it will be drawing air OUT. HARD STOP. I could not figure out what was going on and why there was no breeze coming in through the window. It had reset itself to draw out. It does this every time you turn it off. I will be returning it.

> 24 hourI love Amazon Basic products. Ive never had a problem with them. This fan is great. It works better than a portable AC honestly. I know because I recently bought one.

> 24 hourI purchased this fan to place in our front window in our dining area. I needed something to help move air at night and before it gets too hot during the day. As far as looks go, the fan is fine. It looks okay and is easy to setup. It comes full assembled. There is no battery included for the remote, so make sure you have some AAA batteries available. The fan runs; however, Im not sure how much it actually works. On the highest setting, you have to be about 1ft from the fan to feel any air at all. I didnt expect it to be a big air moved; however, I expected it would at least do something. As far as the sound goes, its not super loud on the highest setting. Once you turn it down; however, it makes a very odd sound. Its kind of like a high pitched, metal on metal sound. It only gets louder when you go to the lowest setting. One other annoyance is that there is no memory on your settings. When you turn the fan on, it automatically goes to the vent setting. You have to cycle it to pull air in. At this point, I just look at it as a wasted purchase. I dont want to deal with returning it as most places are already out of stock on window fans. The search will just have to continue for me to find something better.

> 24 hourEasy fit, easy operation but one side died right at two years. Use it sparingly in my garage..

> 24 hourThis is a great window fan. Being able to switch fan direction for each fan individually is nice. One downside, the adjustable sides dont extend very far and they want to close back in. Other than that, the fan works great.

> 24 hourThis window fan was a lifesaver when my HVAC system had to be replaced. It kept us cool enough to sleep. Expanding sides make it easy to fit into the window. Grooved area on top to lower your window into to hold the fan firmly in the window.

> 24 hourPros: Really quiet. Get a nice little breeze from it. Remote. Cons: feels pretty light i hope it holds up. The power button is the same as the speed button. So when going through the speeds it will turn off. then when it comes back on the default is exhaust at full speed. So then you need to change that which turns the fan off again so it reverses the motors,in my opinion seems that will shorten the life span
