Amazon Basics Zinc Traditional Bathroom Towel and Robe Hook

Easy to install, looks good, good quality and fair price.

The color was close enough of a match, but it could have matched other Amazon basic fixtures. Otherwise its nicely made.

I installed the mounting plate horizontally only to find out it need to be vertical, the hex nut of the hanger fastens to the bottom of the plate. Use it to hang my dogs leash when going out and returning.

Definitely not a cheapy hook, great looking and sturdy, but does need other fasteners if going into a hollow door and not the wall.

These look very nice and are a good, heavy weight. The installation hardware included isnt my favorite for use on drywall so we will see how they hold up. The little screw at the bottom that tightens the hook to the mounting hardware seems like it wants to back out. Since these are holding wet, heavy towels Im not sure how they will hold up...

We installed this in our powder room to match our other fixtures. It looks fantastic with the room! I can see why others stated how it doesnt hold towels well but for our purposes its perfect. It did not come with any install instructions which was a little confusing but we were able to figure it out quickly. We love the look and style of thus hook! Well worth the price for us!

I would have given this item five stars but the installation hardware is all wrong and it is not at all clear how long it will last on the wall or whether it will collapse under the weight of two heavy cotton bathrobes. The metal bracket is too short and the screw that secures the hanger to it must be pushed too far in to engage, to the point where it is hanging by less than a couple of threads. Does not feel secure. Also, the screws to attach the bracket to the wall are the wrong kind: tapered and with small head, barely larger than the slot. They should have had a larger head and be flat rather than tapered. See pics. This stuff doesnt cost anything to correct, but not enough thought went into the mounting hardware.

Purchased to replace a single hook in a bathroom. Easy to install and quite sturdy. A little on the small side but works well

When I first ordered these, I expected them to be a lot smaller. Well they are not small, but a decent size. They are sturdy and not cheap looking.
