Amazon Basics Zinc Traditional Bathroom Towel and Robe Hook

Original tightening screw in fixture was too short. As result, fixture could not be firmly fixed to bracket and was loose (screw was long enough to keep fixture from falling off the bracket, but not long enough to tighten fixture appropriately). However, Amazon/ supplier promptly sent me another without without charge and crucially without asking me to send old back. The new fixture had longer tightening screw and tightened optimally. Fixture looks great, works great, and is typical Amazon Basics budget priced. 100% satisfied with product now. Took off one star only because the original was defective.

This is for hanging heavy things, so I was pleased to see the included wall anchors were large and spiky and heavy duty. I trust it to stay on the wall for a long time. Great bronze finish.

I would have given this item five stars but the installation hardware is all wrong and it is not at all clear how long it will last on the wall or whether it will collapse under the weight of two heavy cotton bathrobes. The metal bracket is too short and the screw that secures the hanger to it must be pushed too far in to engage, to the point where it is hanging by less than a couple of threads. Does not feel secure. Also, the screws to attach the bracket to the wall are the wrong kind: tapered and with small head, barely larger than the slot. They should have had a larger head and be flat rather than tapered. See pics. This stuff doesnt cost anything to correct, but not enough thought went into the mounting hardware.

Item is exactly as pictured. Love it!

Towel hook is sturdy, stylish; and easy to install. Bronze finish is appealing. I purchased 2 for my master bedroom and will eventually buy another pair for guest bedroom.

The rack looks great. It was easy to assemble but has a sliding issue. That alone wasnt a problem, the issue is that the hangers will not stay in place. so you have to be a bit more cautious that other one piece racks.

Only thing keeping from 5 star is screw to attach doesnt go fully into slot so it looks odd.

Easy to assemble, and matched my nickel bathroom! Holds several things at once including my super thick bathroom (even when wet) along with clothes I don’t want touching the bathroom floor
