AMD Ryzen 7 2700 Processor with Wraith Spire LED Cooler - YD2700BBAFBOX

Caught this on sale for $225 and couldnt pass it up. I combined it with a x470 motherboard, 16g of memory and a 512g C: drive as well as a RX 580 that I already had and I couldnt be happier. It is much faster than the fx-8300 that it replaced. I got about 10fps more on games which tells my my old 8300 was bottlenecking my graphics card. It also flies through handbrake and compresses video quite noticeably faster than my old 8 core. And it manages to do this with a 65 watt power usage on the cpu. AMD knocked it out of the park with this cpu and its only going to get better next year when they transition to 7nm. Guess Ill be rebuilding my other computer when this happens.

Me encanta, el precio es perfecto, ya compre 2 y aunque el.primero salio mas barato, creo que aun vale la pena, el Ryzen 5 3600 estaba mas caro y el ryzen 7 3700 se eleva dos veces el costo de este, en los tres juegos que e probado van muy bien en conjunto con una tarjeta de video Saphire Pulse de 8gb, lo probare con emuladores haber que armas porta el procesador, por el momento estoy encantado

I ordered this cpu and I think it has a factory error The pins Which is Shown in the pictures should be compatible with AM4 Socket which is not and The day I got it I returned back.

I got this to find a good middle ground between gaming, content creation, and work. Boy, am I pleased with the decision. I upgraded from a 1600X to add a bit more pep to my other than gaming step and the 2700 delivers!

Such a great processor! So glad I chose AMD over Intel!! For gaming and just general word processing and photoshopping, this is really the best processor, but also at such a great price!!

Yet to install

Found it very easy to fit and install by simply pulling up the motherboards bar at the side sit this gently by first aligning the pins there is only way to it will go so you cant accidently install wrong way so if it doesnt drop in nicely dont force it as you can very easily bend the pins.
