The cpu now does not work, all my pc is new, I bought this product in November and now it does not work at all, how do I get the warranty back and get another one

Ich habe von amazon Warehouse eine kaputte cpu bekommen. In der Beschreibung stand das die verpackung etwas kaputt ist.

I cant really compare, only because this is my first build. That being said, its a damb good processor

Good cpu but have some little bug.

Originally I was planning to grab a 3600, but with the supply being short, a 3700x actually was only 20-30 more. I am super happy with it. I have it running on an ASRock B450 Pro4 with G.SKILL Ripjaws V DDR4 3200 (2x16GB). It runs perfectly out of the box with the XMP memory settings loaded to run at 3200. I have a 1050 Ti nvidia card as well, which I saw no need to upgrade at this time.

I know this isn’t really the sellers fault, but my cpu came with a few pins bent so I had to bend them back before installing

El procesador es una belleza, tenia pensado irme por Intel en la octava generación, precisamente por un i7 8700k, pero viendo reviews e información que brindaba AMD, me termine decidiendo por este producto, es la mejor decisión que he tomado, me tiene encantado el cpu. Mucha gente comenta que el procesador se la pasa e 1.4V lo cual es una mentira y para desmentir también previos comentarios en el que te haga dudar si irte o no por este monstruo, me he tomado el tiempo de adjuntar evidencia y tomes la mejor decisión posible

Would probably been a good CPU if I got the right one. The one I got is a Ryzen 3 3100 packaged in a Ryzen 7 box with a Ryzen 7 sticker. The CPU box was raised slightly so I couldnt see the model. Ill change my review when the next one comes in. A little disappointed, it was the last component and the only one I bought from Amazon.

Ottimo processore, abbinato ad una X570 msi gaming plus. Arrivato con il proprio dissipatore, che se non si effettua oc é più che sufficiente a tenere a bada il calore che sviluppa la cpu
